I got a room for one person, not the lowest price but the one above... It's not my first time in the Polana hotel, and I was given a room that has been renovated, and I have to say, it did exceed my expectations.. I just loved everything!! the among of plugs on the desk area, the separation between the desk, sort of lounge and the bedroom, the space, the quality of the materials and furniture! I also liked the service from the reception! she helped me a lot! THANK YOU I definitely recommed this hotel

Small place for the breakfast, but everything was really wonderful and large variety of options were there. Staff is really friendly, I felt like home, however I just stayed one night. Thank you!

The location is fascinating, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with beautiful nature view. Staff was very nice and friendly, and allowed us to use the pool after 18:00. Swimming in the outside pool with a mountain view in complete silence was amazing.

Everything was fine. Foods in the restaurant were delicious. Employees were polite. The location was great.

I arrived quite late, after dark and felt a bit disoriented: where to park, which way to enter. The property owner helped me very quickly providing with the necessary guidance and information. In the morning, both he owner ad other staff were extremely friendly, offering me coffee and breakfast at no extra cost ... and we had some great conversation. I will remember Pension Fit as a great place ... and recommend it to anyone who is interested in meeting great people while travelling.

The hotel it's in a historic building, very spacious, with large rooms. The staff was ready to help. Location is perfect, right in main square

Hotel Lux is a nice place to stay in Banská Bystrica. Close to both, the city center and the bus station. The room was clean and very comfortable.
