The room and the food are exceptional. The staff memebers are very welcoming and the sea view is amazing. They upgraded our meal plan without a fee and we regretted not staying longer.

This hotel is cozy and comfortable, with a wonderful staff and excellent location. I stayed here five nights and I would have happily stayed longer. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful and accommodating, and it was so fun to walk out the door and be inside the medina walls. All in all, this is a really excellent value and I would absolutely stay here again!
-Ive been to a lot of hotels and this one tops them all.
There was one bald guy, buffet supervisor i guess, his was very professional his the cherry on the top of this hotel. Thank you

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.
Reading bad reviews on cleanliness i was very worried to book this hotel but decided to take a risk.
Most happy i did!
It was relatively clean, maybe because we came in mid September when full capacity is not reached,i cant say why,but everything was clean.I rate cleanliness 8 out of 10.
Internet in lobby was excelent,i rate it 10.( no wifi in rooms but it was stated in booking conditions).
Pools and slides!! i will rate it 20 if i could.best i have ever seen in 3 star hotel.
Food-also i was afraid after bad reviews that food is limited and the same daily. Not the case.We got largest selection of meats and salads, rices, potatoes, makaroni, cakes and pies, for lunch and dinner i had ever seen in 3 star hotels, breakfast had good selections too. They even have separate restaurant for Western junk like picas nugets and chips to suit Westerners( was very surprised to see many people and especialy kids queing for junk and swaping Natural home cooked Tunisian food and water for junk and Coke..😪.)
Restaurants were clean and staff was extremely nice and polite and caring.
Restaurants i will rate 10 out of 10.
Presonel was nice.Smiling, always say Hello and most welcoming( except 1 man in check in at 3am,he looked superrior persona and did not show any welcome vibe whatsoever. But he was very nice to say good bye to us.Another man showed not happy face for 3 days for not receiving tips for pushing our luggages for 20 meters.) other than that, all personel was sweet,i will rate them 10 out of 10.
Beach was good,relatively clean.7 out of 10.
Outdoor spaces with palms and plants were so beautiful,i could not stop doing pictures! most beautiful i have ever seen in 3 star hotel.I will rate it 10 out of 10.
We did not drink nor wached entertainments,so i can not comment on that.
We used quad bike tour, very happy.10 out of 10.
Many taxis waiting outside gates to take you to Sousse or Monastir( 40 TND 1 way) or wherever you need.

Tunisia is exceptional for their friendliness and hospitality. It's part of their culture. And they are always excited to meet people from around the world. They are, rightfully, very proud of their history and people and culture, and Tunisia is well worth a visit.

We walk ed from our hotel along the beach to the downtown and the medina. The walk was lovely until we arrived near the downtown, when it deteriorated into city grime and litter. The medina was pleasant, the great mosque OK and the Ribat impressive. We found several fast food stalls to enjoy Tunisian light meals such as Chapati - recommended. Less impressive were the number of stray cats and dogs wandering around. We have toured Tunisia for several weeks and this is a common complaint. In the medina here, I was clawed by a cat when it got into a dispute with a stray dog. My view - destroy the lot of them.
Also, beware a common scam - a local on the street claims to know you from your hotel and strikes up a conversation, then tries to guide you to preferred shops.

I liked that there is an old town and a more modern one. The people are all very friendly and, as a woman travelling on her own, I was alsways respected, well treated.
There are beaches at Hammam-Sousse and along the coast. You find out which one you prefer. Taxis are not expensive. There are a sort of taxi-busses (louages) at a very modest price. You make them stop anywhere to get in and have them stop anywhere to get out again.
From Hammam-Sousse many excursions are possible.
I ate at the guest house, I recommend it.

The level of rubbish, care-worn facilities, unkempt beaches made for a very disappointing vacation.
Very little information or promotion of the heritage/antiquities at carthage, Bardo museum or in the medinas.
The traditional souks appear to have been replaced by stalls selling cheap trainers, clothes, copy watches and handbags.
The significant drop-off in tourism following the terrorist attacks a decade ago has been a major challenge.

I have too much to talk about that does not fix on here, was a good place to stay, and I will return back for sure, a few things I didn't like but regards price, clean up and security, also the couples can stay here without no problems, also the safety is good, I think that was a good place to stay in and have my holidays, I would reserve the Sousse Beach again, I do recommend it!

Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-type beaches and vibes; it is a bit shabby, and everywhere seems to be piles of rubbish and construction debris. The medina could use a deep clean to make it feel nicer. The people are friendly but very insistent, and most people (not shopkeepers) will go out of their way to help; it shows their kindness. If you are staying at a resort and have a bracelet attached, try to hide it when roaming around, as it attracts scammers and high-priced taxis. Police are everywhere you look and make us feel safe.
