Loved Diane the desk clerk. Very helpful with a great sense of humor. Safe location outside of the ST. Louis area which is what we were looking for as this was a halfway stop on our way to Kentucky. Hot breakfast options (2 kinds of eggs, waffles, sasauge,potatoes) Yummy. Many cold options available too. Rooms clean and comfortable. Low Water pressure not a show stopper but could be improved. Laundry facilities available as well as pool and fitness area. Did not use any of these. Located just off the interstate with just a Domino Pizza near the hotel. Two towns within 8 miles of hotel have dining options requiring travel.

I went to O'Fallon--Shiloh actually--for a family reunion picnic. It was delightful. I should have gone home right after it was over, like my sister from Indiana did. But getting back to Colorado takes more planning.

We stayed for the proximity to St. Louis.
We stayed for the proximity to St. Louis. The Drury Inn exceeded our expectations and we found Urban Air nearby. Its a cool trampoline park with ropes course, rock climbing and zip line. I was also surprised by Impact Gaming which is a huge store for tabletop games and included a LAN center with very affordable hourly rates to play PC games online. There appeared to be lots of shopping options nearby.

We live close by, so we came here previously.
We live close by, so we came here previously. We don't normally stay at the hotel when there is a convention because we live 15 minutes away. Due to the fact that the fireworks are going to be going off all night on July 4th we needed to wait to get away from that. I appreciate the DoubleTree was there so that we could have a good night's sleep.

Since I had time to get out and get away. Not much,$ Dangerous, Scummy, nothing but bars and liquior stores. Bars on Windows and nasty trash everywhere. A slow burn to bring condemned. No one should have to live or stay there one night. Stay there 3 nights and evaluate it. Try the vending machines out. Wash your clothes! Get up in the night and see the bugs, keep your dog there and try to keep him from barking, bring your own mop and broom, youre not getting any cleaning. Don't expect help!

I was in the area to visit family.
I was in the area to visit family. This location is convenient. A different place had been my go-to for several years but they have been going downhill so I thought I'd try something else. I chose the BW in Mascoutah because of the ratings and the fact that I was offered a good deal through Booking.com. This hotel is very clean and modern. The pool was decent. Breakfast was very good.

Downtown O’Fallon on a Thursday night (night we went) was nice. After driving in from Texas, we wanted a pub we could relax in. There are quite a few places to choose from, but we went to 1st Street Bar & Grill. We sat outside, had cocktails and dinner. The food and service were very good and sitting outside was relaxing. We will go back to 1st Street Bar & Grill on our next trip!

This was a first for me and my family.
This was a first for me and my family. First thing I recognized was the friendly atmosphere. Secondly, the easy check in. Thirdly, I loved that this property had an elevator as we had quite a bit luggage and my room was on the second level. Most importantly, my room was lit, clean, and roomy. In addition, the bed was clean and comfortable and that was my expectation.

The hotel is dirty and dated, especially the elevator, hall and our shower. Smoking banned yet cigarette smoke permeated the lobby. Staff was rude and indifferent. Couldn’t even provide coffee before 8:30 on a Sunday morning. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I want a full refund back and not no damn refund for credit either I want a full refund to be put back on my card, reason is because of how damn nasty and dirty the room was and how their is black mold and how the sink is literally falling in and also they have majorly problems with having bugs severely bad, the room is very nasty and filthy, so therefore I want my full refund back on my card asap.
