The location is perfect - five minutes from the airport terminal, yet we didn’t hear any noise from jets taking off or landing. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the property, and the staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. You can even purchase a real breakfast in the morning for a reasonable price - much better than the mediocre fare you usually get for “free” at other chain hotels.

Staff was very friendly not just to us but our pet as well. As far as previous reviews go, our breakfast vouchers included everything from the hot food to the grab-n-go options/cold options. Only thing I paid was gratuity. Pool and gym were open, our room was very well cleaned. Good value for our stay with all the amenities.

We were only there to catch a plane. The airport is under renovation. It would have been helpful if TF Green could have provided more information about this (e.g., food services that were closed, lack of water fountains, and most importantly, charging outlets that were not powered up (only a few were).
This is no reflection on the city of Providence, only the airport.

It was disgusting!
It was disgusting!
The bedding was dirty with cigarette burn holes in the duvet, the shirts were not changed.
The shower had black mold in the grout. The poor old guy they had cleaning the rooms did try to fix things, he brought new shirts, and bedding, and a jug of bleach so I could clean the shower.
But I would never recommend staying there.

The customer service was horrible.
The customer service was horrible. Front desk kept walking away with a lobby full of ppl no communication. Took half hour just to check in. He was distant and body language closer of. A manger came but didn’t help at all. When I finally went to get checked In he was rude. Saying if you have a queen there’s none there all dirty. I told him I have a suite. He handed the key and said nothing else. Very in professional. I will not be going there again. I am a manger at a hotel and I would be so upset with my front desk agents if the behaved this way. Very poor customer service

I was only there for a couple of days for the World Cup and...
I was only there for a couple of days for the World Cup and in the short time we stayed we found the people to be really friendly and there seemed to be lots to do and plenty shops, bars and restaurants to try. We would love to go back and explore more!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We visited in December and the hotel was decorated beautifully! Everyone was helpful and kind except for a woman at the desk. She wasn’t rude just didn’t seem to want to be there. Hopefully it was just an off day for her.
The breakfast was good with a huge variety! The kitchen woman was very happy, helpful and social. A pleasure to meet her! Our room was warm, clean and comfortable. The bathroom nightlight was not working but luckily I carry one in my bag. I reported it at checkout and was told she would have it fixed. I loved the message on the back of the bathroom door!! It made me smile and was quite unique. We had a wonderful stay at the Coventry hotel and will visit again soon. My daughter and friends live close by and will be very convenient! Thank you all!!

Like i said they charged me 20$ off my security deposit because i wiped my mouth with a towel and i got chocolate ice cream on it and they said it stained the towel and the 20$ they deducted was to replace it - i think they scamed me

It was too late to find other accommodations in the location I needed to be. The absolute horrible treatment to me by Manager Jenny was horrendous.
The ONLY thing I did was call 3 times - 1 for towels - insufficient # of towels in room. 2 for the hairdryer - none in the room. 3 for the iron - none in the room.
For her to cite 'Covid Policies and Protocols' is laughable. The FILTH in this place clearly shows the room hasn't been cleaned in MONTHS, or YEARS!!! Other people's clothes on the floor, pubic hair in the shower, mold and stench and food spatter all over inside and outside of microwave. Damage EVERYWHERE - furniture, doorframes, walls.
I have reported them to the RI Health Department.

The only negative was the traffic on the main roads and getting used to driving in the roundabouts.
Access to the airport was pretty simple and was the primary reason for staying in Warwick. Access to Rt 95 also made it easy to drive around the state (Newport, Jamestown, Coventry, Cranston) as long as you don't mind lots of traffic.
Oakland Beach was a nice location to walk to and just sit, but you need to wear beach shoes as there was broken glass on among the rocks and shells.
