Modern and clean. Spacious rooms. Close to the airport. You can see the airport runway from the balcony and watch plane landings and take offs.

This is an excellent hotel and we’d highly recommend it. Very well kept, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are large. There's a mini fridge, safe, and smart TV in the room. A/C worked well. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower had good pressure and consistent temperature. As with every hotel bathroom, it could use more hooks! There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but no lotion (which is typical for asia). Breakfast was good, mostly vietnamese-style foods, since haiphong doesn’t see a lot of western tourists: congee, fish noodle soup, rice, noodles, fruit, eggs to order, toast, jam, tea, and coffee. Very nice staff and accommodating, but very little english. I don't think haiphong sees a lot of tourists 😊 Outside of the hotel, all of the staff at the restaurants we went to seemed very unhappy. It's a bit of a tougher sort of town.

The facility is good, clean and super nice. I like the design and my room was so cozy, make me feel so comfortable when i stayed there. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will stay at Nikko whenever i go back to Haiphong.

Room is clean and well equipped more than a home. The public bathroom was excellent!

Nice and courteous staff. Big room, nice furniture. This hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it convenient. Overall, a good value.

Excellent hotel! Clean, comfortable, bright, all essentials provided, even a bathrobe. I stayed here for an early morning flight and the hotel provided a free taxi which took four minutes to airport. A wonderful family run hotel, and they really care about guests comfort and making travel easy. Very happy I stayed here, and give F &F two thumbs up.

They parked and took care of our scooter well.
