The property was nothing short of amazing! It was very comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat. It was mere steps from great restaurants, many Bäckerei, Apres Ski and the Gaislachkogl gondola. The sauna was an added bonus at the end of a long day on the slopes. Although we didn’t use the washer and dryer (with soap), it was a great option. The ski room was perfect with each boot warmer numbered fo your apartment and heated.

The owners are excellent and were so friendly. We really appreciate the hospitality and kindness. The apartment (family room with garden view) has a nice view of the mountains and is close to a supermarket and two bus stops. If you wish to walk, it is only about a 10 minute walk to the main lift. They deliver breakfast in the morning and always asked us if there was something else we would like. Also, there are two full bathrooms and I believe the description incorrectly says there is only one. One is ensuite and the other is hared.

Very welcoming place few steps from the gondola. The hosts were amazing … accommodating, friendly and thoughtful. The apartment was recently renovated and nicely done.

Its next to the one of the red piste, you can nearly ski in (walk max 100m), and also you can ski down to the Giggijoch gondola. Owners are friendly and always helpful, they have a ski room and also a neat and cozy sauna place. Best value for money

Very close to the gondola station, in walking distance (200m) Comfortable rooms, well heated, 2 bathrooms, reserved parking space, ski room with boot heaters, host are very friendly and supplied us with all we asked for. Would come back for sure.

Everything was great, underground garage was practical, easy to get into town with the funicular

Very clean place, very courteous staff, perfectly located, walk to rental shop and skiing slope, convenient ski lockers, beautiful surroundings with hiking trails.

Our studio was very clean, very well equipped and super confortable! The in/out ski is a huge advantage! The heated pool is super nice and relaxing after a long ski day!

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes on foot from the cable car. Very friendly, helpful staff. I particularly like the spa and wellness center, perfect for relaxing after a skiing day. Also, the daily housekeeping service is impressive.

We had the deluxe room, big, cozy and comfortable with great view. The apartment has well equipped kitchen. Great spa.

Beautifully decorated apartments, super clean too. Very quiet surroundings and the bus stop was just outside to get us to the slopes within minutes. Kitchen had everything we needed for making dinner. Balcony was a lovely extra too. Overall, would highly recommend this stay!

The location was excellent, with easy access to a variety of ski slopes. The stop for the ski bus was right outside the hotel and is free with your ski pass or hotel guest card. We had issues with our rental car & were able to take the ski bus to Otztal Bahnhof to catch a train back to Zurich. We could get our gear on and be at the bus stop all in less than 10 minutes. There was an easily accessible ski room in the basement with lockers to store our ski gear and boot warmers. The room was incredibly quiet and comfortable and everything was spotless!

Highly recommend!! Apart Relax was exceptionally clean and had ALL the essentials for our family. They provide ample towels, comfortable robes, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely book again!
