I really loved how warm was the whole staff, they really helped us with any request we had. I even left money when we checked out but I was able to get it back. Also loved the aesthetic of the place

Spacious apartment with kitchen and bathroom. There was a good parking area and it was very clean. Located in a very quiet area. 10-15min drive from the Allianz Arena and about 30min drive from Munich center.

The property was nice, comfortable and clean. Aschheim is a very nice place, the people were very kind. Good place to stay for visiting Munich.

I have almost no issues with the hotel itself. My apartment was very clean. I had great water pressure and plenty of piping hot water, even at seven in the morning. It was a very reasonable and flat 6 to 8 minute walk from the U Bahn station depending on which train station and exit you used.

Provided everything I needed for a short business trip.

Very clear check in, friendly and helpful staff. My stay was very comfortable. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try the sauna. There are bus stops very close which was useful and a large supermarket (Lidl) 7 minutes walking.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating during my stay. I did have one problem accessing my room and they immediately resolved the issue.

The simplicity how all things were available

simple, yet very well equipped, clean and modern room. the location has a great public transport connection to the city (Tram and Bus). Close to the Allianz Arena if you plan to visit a match and easy to reach only by 1 bus and 3 U-Bahn stops that run well over the midnight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can park your park in a clean and secure underground garage for extra 20 EUR per night. Overall, great value for money.

Room was spacious , on a quiet street , markets close by and a couple decent places to Hv breakfast and lunch And had my parking spot for free

Quiet, clean and perfect for our trip. Supermarket downstairs made for easy breakfasts, that set us up for the day. A short walk to shops and restaurants and easy access to public transport for trips into The heart of Munich. Secure parking available as well for our hire car.

The host was super accommodating! Even let us store our luggage so we can go around the city before our flight on the check out date

Clean, near the metro station, next to a supermarket too

It was ideal for us & much nicer than a hotel. It had everything we needed & within walking distance for groceries. Quiet,clean & modern
