Location, looks brand new or after reformation.

The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants, public transportation around the corner, beach a 10 minute walk away. It has it all. Oh and the apartment was fully decked out with everything you need to stay comfortably and cook if you wanted to. This is a Diamond in the rough property. Oh, one more thing, private underground parking!

The room was beautifully furnished and decorated and the kitchen equipment worked. It was clean. The price was budget compared to other places, but Cervantes Suites exceeded my expectations by making me feel like I was staying in luxury. The staff proactively communicated with me well before I came to make sure I had the code and instructions I needed to enter to property. Everything was well-marked including instructions for how to open the door, the WiFi code, and a map for how to walk downtown.

The apartment is quite big and comfortable. Its location is amazing, right in the center and everything is around you.

The room view is in a small court yard, like vertical corridor with open ceiling. And that is actually an advantage because the room is very quiet even it is located in very busy area with many restaurants and people. The room is very clean, bed is perfect as well as location.

The way the room was delivered was very convenient and very professional. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had everything needed. It was very comfortable and secure. It was 10 minutes on foot from the city, so excellent location.

The apartment was really nice and comfy! The bed is probably the most comfortable one we have ever slept on in rented apartments. The apartment has everything you could need, the host even left us Nespresso coffees. The location is also great, it take about 15 min walk to the city centre.

From the first minute it felt different in a good way. The staff met us when we arrived and were incredibly friendly the whole time. They even gave us a little welcome gift which I thought was such a sweet touch. The place is super clean and very stylish, but not in a "try hard" way. You can tell there’s a lot of attention to detail everywhere. I especially loved the rooftop on the top floor. Such a beautiful space to just chill for a bit. There’s also a small library area which I didn’t expect but really liked. And the lobby seating area actually has sand on the floor so you can feel it under your bare feet… I don’t know, that just made it feel relaxed and kind of special. The whole place has this calm, almost slightly spiritual vibe. Hard to explain, but you feel it. Location is perfect in the old town. We stepped outside and there were tons of restaurants and tapas bars everywhere. Everything is in walking distance.
