It’s conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Chios town center. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is walking distance.

Everything was very clean, the host was very kind and spent a great deal of time giving us suggestions on where to go and what to see. She even told us about some Greek traditions for the Easter holiday. The property is very nice and new, and far more walkable than I expected. I would absolutely recommend this property, and this host to anyone.

Apartment is very nice and comfortable. We liked the location very much and the abundance of greenery surrounding the place. Some very nice locations are reachable by foot. Hosts are wonderful people, helpful and considerate. To us it was perfect location to explore Chios and to be in less busy area. I would recommend the apartment for any time of year. p.s. If you like to visit during Easter and see rocket war it's absolutely perfect location.

Helpful owner! Upon arrival he asked about our interests and marked a map with POI. Offered to arrange any taxi, tours or rental car. Always available to answer any questions. The room was spacious and spotless.

I loved my room, i like the stones and it looks like the medieval grecian room. I loved my bed it was vey clean and comfy. The bed sheets were soft. My bathroom had everything i needed. Spiro and Georgia did a great job in communicating to me all the things i needed to know.

The property was just outside of the city center and in close proximity to most major restaurants, banks, grocery stores, etc. The property was gated although not locked. The main entry doors required coded entry; the main room also required a coded entry, but also had a physical key of necessary. Fotini was excellent, very warm, and personal.

The location is perfect. The house is very close to city center. You can walk everywhere. The house is extremely clean. The amendment which they put in the restroom was perfect. The equipment such as refrigerator, AC and lights are in very good condition.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All the items one may need was present (a big fridge, smart tv etc.). But the best part was people who were working there. Everyone was very helpful and sincere! Special thanks to Despina for our beautiful breakfasts! :)

Very good location even if a little loud at times from the surrounding restaurants

Everything was perfect. The location is very close to the center of Chios. It has a parking place. The room was clean and hot water was always available. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Manolis is very helpful and thoughtful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped and very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious and peaceful. The location was also perfect. Most importantly, the hosts and staff( lady) were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the best places we have stayed in Greece so far!

The location is close to the center, with a private parking area, and the rooms were very clean, with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Thank you very much for Eleni's hospitality and attention, we were very pleased.🙏🏻🧡

Location, cleanliness, host was great in communication and helping us with various things

I liked almost everything. The building was amazing, the room and the garden too, you should see the view... Everything was wonderful, the owner Stelios is such a great landlord. He is very relevant. He said that we can check-in earlier and also check-out a litte late, it wasn't a big deal and this was a really good opportunity.

The hotel is in a quiet location. It is easy to access via car. Eleni is a very hospitable owner. She suggests restaurants and places to visit. She even helped us to make reservations for restaurants. We will definitely visit Topakas House later for a longer time.

Everything. The place is new, very clean (cleaned daily), spacious for 2, nothing missing from the studio. The location is just perfect, a few steps away from the beach and a few great tavernas (for great food). The owner is very friendly and super helpful, and Maria's smile and hard work makes you want to come back for a longer stay.
