Serviced apartments in Syracuse

They let us check in early and while the room they first put us in didn’t have a second bed they did allow us to change rooms to one with two beds. The bed in the living room wasn’t bad but it felt like I might fall off. There was no sponge for the dishes or dish soap and not much in the way of dishes, utensils, or pots and pans but it was enough and we made do.

The location is superb - easy to get to from parking, easy to walk to restaurants and market. Getting into the room was very convenient. The room was very spacious.

Terrace sea view, especially terrace from the bathroom. Mount Etna in the background. Staff was helpful with late arrival since I have missed the last train to Catania and needed a place to stay overnight, they responded instantly after booking was confirmed.

Xenia apartments truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptionally comfortable. The apartment was spotless, we were offered complimentary breakfast (not usually included), a crib for our baby, which was prepared with cute bedding. When we noted that we would give our baby a bath, a towel and dedicated baby toiletries were placed in our room. Every interaction with staff was a delight and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ortygia.

The location is great, the room is beautifully decorated and everything was very clean. The internet was great. With a small kitchen, it's got everything you need! Staff was very very helpful and recommended some amazing places to eat and go out.

The cathedral was a stone throw away. The facilities are in very good taste. Breakfast was a superb experience: a la carte with the personal presentation by the owner-manager-chef.

I loved the location - having views of the water, being able to walk to the nature preserve and being in such a calm place was very enjoyable. The owners were communicative and accommodating of my needs around check in which was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space.
