We had a problem with our initial room, but the staff went over and beyond to move us to a different room. The space was compact, but had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer.

The layout was a little different from the pictures, however it was still incredibly spacious and plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. Right in the heart of Kagoshima, plenty of great food and an enjoyable walk to the ferry

Not too far away from the station. Check-in was easy enough, facilities were spotless clean, room was big and bright. Overall great value for money.

I love how the apartment space was furnished with all the things I needed in one private space. Easy check-in, my first stay that has separated trash bins ( i go grocery shopping for my meals, lots of trash) and a private washer/dryer 👍👍. The overall space was very comfortable and simple.
