Excellent location, facilities and comfort. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommended after a great stay. Quiet location and very close to the center.

I loved that the location was right in-town, so getting to the shops and restaurants was no more than a 5 minute walk. You have to walk through a little courtyard to get to the hotel and it had a ceramics store, a mezcal tasting room, a few other shops and a cafe that had the nicest staff and easy, good tasting food. So, I never felt like I was in a time crunch because I knew I could easily go downstairs to eat and then head out to my excursions from there. Also, I appreciated how amazing and helpful the staff was! He met my friend and I at the gate when we arrived earlier than expected and accommodated us without question. He made sure our room was ready, carried our bags, & then set us up on WhatsApp so we could communicate with him if we needed any recommendations or help during our trip. There was a gate with a code to the facility for added safety, so he made sure to send us a picture & directions of how to use it and how to get into our own room. Amazing concierge!!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was incredible! They went above and beyond to accommodate the family! The terraza was also amazing! It had a beautiful view and provided a nice serene environment to wind down in the evening!

Only kitchen facilities were ok, size of apartment was good

Exquisite hotel in its minimalism. The beds are phenomenal. Firm with crisp cotton sheets. We stayed in a double suite that had a kitchenette. The bathroom is huge with a lovely walk in shower. Run the water a bit but in awhile steaming hot water comes out. Cannot say enough about this hotel! The day it rained the front desk gave us umbrellas. I give it 200 out of a 100! Quiet, lots of space and super comfy! Zocalo is right around the corner-perfect for Noche de Rabanos!!

Very clean and amazingly comfortable rooms, nice staff, enough parking inside the hotel, there is everything you need for sttaying - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush/paste, soap, body lotion and very important part for me - hairdryer. Rooms even have coffee machines and 2 types of curtains (including blackout). Swimming pool is clean and comfy, separate towels for swimming pool.

I absolutely loved the vibe and details of this location. The property met all my expectations.
