Great option to stay within the Hotelera Zone in Cancun but outside of the most expensive hotels. The room has acccess to the private pool and beautiful private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a restaurant and bar that can deliver food/beverages to the beach. The room itself was clean and cozy, no issues with wifi and air condition. I received very detailed instruction how to get the doorkeys and on my arrival day the host was very understanding and flexible with my check-out time considering the time my airplane departure. I highly recommend this place for stay in Cancun

It is like a little community. Everything you need is there- a beach, pool, restaurant, small courtyard with tables and chairs, and small store. The apartment is very clean and the staff are attentive and friendly and will help with everything you may need.

Amazing view. All needed amenities

Good location and a responsive host made this stay okay for me. Downstairs kitchen was nice and well equipped. Pool was cute and laying outside was nice. Nicely lit at night. Good value for the money but probably will not be staying again.

The location and the staff where amazing

The place is clean and nice. You will have all of the necessary utilities for both cooking and bathing. The owner was in a contact all the time and was responding quickly if we needed something. Special thanks to Maria - the housekeeper of the place - she has done a great job in cleaning.

the location is good but you will need a car. good communication, bed is ok, shower is ok but leaks to the floor on toilet side. ac is perfect. overall pleasant stay

Beautiful suite with stunning sea and beach views. Everything perfect -- wifi, AC, water pressure etc. Michelle was a superb host and so very accomodating and responsive. One of our nicest hotel stays ever. Cannot wait to come back! We were able to avoid known risks with Cancun taxis by using UBER services - fast, easy and well priced.

The view and location were perfect.

Condo and view were very good. Initially there was no running water but was fixed within couple of hours. They gave few more hours after checkout to hold our luggage. Excellent communication all along.

The property is perfectly located within a beach resort that offers all the amenities, making it an ideal choice for families. The beach is amazing, the pools are very nice and they offer activities for children and adults.

It is just a lovely property The pool is amazing and it has its own Cenote My room was very large and well organized The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

The room was super clean. Access to beach was so convenient and the pool it’s very good for children. The check in and check out process was easy.

The apartment is larger than I expected with a great view from the balcony of the living room, and it seemed fairly well stocked so I didn’t have time to use much
