The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable!

The room was clean and comfortable. The Wifi was fast and the location is also quite good as it is only a short walk to the mercado San Pedro and the Plaza de Armas.

This wonderful oasis felt like home from the we moment walked in. After traveling a few weeks as a family and being split between hotel rooms, we could all share a cozy lounge with a crackling fire, and make breakfast (they drop off the day before) together in the mornings. The shower window opens onto a lovely view, and the little balcony is perfect for getting some fresh air. We stayed for three nights while acclimatising and then again after our inca trail (they kindly stored our luggage for us and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport). Reception is open 24hrs and the apartment is stocked with tea, coffee, milk, salt and sugar, and they bring fruit, bread, eggs, butter and jam! Everything works perfectly, the shower has good pressure, and its spotlessly clean.

Perfect location, but even more perfect staff. They were very attentive and solved all of claims about noise in the street.

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood, with less than 10 minutes walking to the historical center. The room was extremely comfortable and clean and the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent. They prepared snacks for us on the days we needed to leave super early. Hot shower worked nicely.

Veronica was lovely offered to have a late night meal delivered. It was hot and very good. Wi-Fi worked , lovely bed, full kitchen, huge breakfast and she got me a local cab to the airport within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderfully located in the old town of Cusco. Easy walking to everything. Carmen (the owner) could not have been friendlier. She tried to make everything easy for us. What a wonderful host.

Julia was exceptional. Very attentive to my needs and wants. Hailed the taxis and when I ordered a taxi when I was out an about, she always got on the phone with them and directed them to the correct address. Even when giving them, the drivers, the address, they never got it right. She is a great team member and if I could hire her and get her to move to the US, would. the apartment was great, served its need and was a great value for the money. Would recommend it any time.

Very large apartment in a great location, 3 minutes from San Blas market, but very quiet and safe, and is car-accessible, so early morning pick-ups are possible. Very friendly host, who left us with coca leaves, and was always very friendly and communicative. A short walk into town, downhill. Uber is very cheap and fast from here. Make sure to ask for a heater as it gets cold at night.

The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The bed was very comfy, not too soft. The washing machine was an excellent surprise. I was able to wash my hiking clothes. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare something.
