The place was incredible, right by the main plaza and it was impeccably clean! They upgraded our room for free and gave us a room with a beautiful view! The staff was extremely kind. We went on tours every day and they prepared lunch boxes for us every morning along with water bottles. When we checked out, they even gave us a small gift! One of the best places to stay in Cusco! I highly recommend it!

All staff was very friendly, from reception, cleaning people to the people serving breakfast upstairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. Two highlights: fantastic breakfast in a fantastic patio. Superb location, 2 minutes from Plaza de Armas.

I’m the ambassador of the Viajero hostels and this one is really good too!
So sweet, helpful and polite girls on the reception - Elvira and Jared.
WiFi is also good for a work and calls. Everyday it’s something at the hostel - karaoke, games and a lot of other things.
