You cannot go wrong with Midori. It might be up a slight hill from the main square but boy did we welcome being away from the noise and having a nice quiet sleep on a delicious mattress. We arrived at this hotel after escaping an absolutley terrible night at a hotel on Procuradores (right off the main plaza). The location was top notch but we had a disco right out front and boy do the Peruvians like to party until dawn. This was one of the nicest and largest rooms we stayed at in all of our Peru trip. There were three of us for this trip, and to splurge more on food, we stayed at three bedroom rooms for the entirety. An we came back TWICE to stay at both three bedroom rooms; both equally enjoyable. A big plus, when staying three-to-room; there is a confortable bathroom just down the hall. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good (watch out for the coffee which is ridiculously strong), it is just a 2 minute (uphill) walk from the main plaza.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inkaterra La Casona Relais & Châteaux, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail in every corner of the property made it feel like a serene sanctuary. Our room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean and comfortable. The bed was plush, and we were able to enjoy restful nights surrounded by peaceful surroundings. The bathrooms were equally impressive, featuring luxurious finishes and all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the service. The staff at Inkaterra La Casona were exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging a tour, offering recommendations for local activities, or simply ensuring we had everything we needed, their hospitality made us feel truly valued. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the stunning city of Cusco. We were able to easily visit the major sights, yet it was a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle when we returned. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was another standout. The dishes were expertly prepared, showcasing local ingredients with a contemporary twist. Dining at the hotel was a true culinary delight. Overall, Inkaterra La Casona Relais & Châteaux made our stay in Cusco unforgettable. It is a perfect blend of luxury, history, and exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious and elegant. The staff members in the hotel is nice and I feel so welcomed while studying. Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.

Location was perfect being close enough to main attractions without being in all the crowds and hustle bustle. Staff super helpful and friendly making sure we had access to a doctor when I got sick. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked how you like and loads of fruit, cereal, fresh breads. Highly recommend

We had a great time. The hotel has a great personality in itself, you can tell through the decorations. The staff was also great, very attentive and open to accommodate. The hotel has a really good location, not too high that you'll get tired walking to it, but also not to centric that you couldn't sleep at night because of the noise. A plus is that it has a heater, super important.

I stayed here twice while hiking the Salkantay in between. For the money, the rooms were very comfortable with newer beds and hot water in the shower. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help

Location was very good. When I said it was cold in the room, they lent me a blanket and a heater free of charge, which was nice.

Had a lovely stay at 7 Toritos. The location is great, only a 6 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is located uphill, which makes it slightly harder to reach, but allows for a great view from the rooms overlooking the city. The service was absolutely great, the staff very nice and approachable and the breakfast was also very good. The whole place was very clean and well curated. We also used the laundry service (at an extra, very affordable cost), which was very quick. Wish could have stayed longer and would definitely go back, if I ever have the chance.

The property is super clean. You can see staff clean the rooms and common areas promptly and with great care. The staffs are friendly and helped carry luggages up the stairs for us. It also has beautiful courtyards with lush plants and flowers that we really enjoyed. Location was great with easy access for taxi and tour pickup while also very walkable to central locations of the town or towards San Blas and other tourist sites.

The property was amazing. Quiet and private. Camila was an amazing host. She was very accommodating.

The service of this hotel is really excellent, they attend to your every need in an efficient and friendly style, specially Joshep, our reception host.They offer coca leaf tea 24/7 for free -a very useful add in- specially for the altitude accclimation process- and other natural herbal teas. Their breakfast offers a good, simple and nutritious buffet style with choice of eggs, fresh andean bread and seasonal fruits. One of the highlights is the location. You can walk to the main Plaza in 7min, very close to San Blas, the artisan neighborhood, and minutes away from main attractions. We only used a taxi to the airport and for long distance tours! If you are looking for a simple room, with all amenities, and great location, this is the place for you.

Perfect hotel to stay for many nights. Everything was great. The people who are working here are very nice and friendly. They helped us a lot during our stay. The cleaning is perfect. It is possible to store luggage for free! Thank you so much!

The entire property was super comfortable! I traveled in June when there were parties every day in Cuzco. The property was very well located, but because of the parties and the closed streets, I had to walk a little further to get an Uber. But the location is so good that I had to get an Uber just to go to the airport.

Location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the main square. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby. We stayed in two rooms over 5 nights and the beds were so big and comfy! The views, especially from the breakfast room are beautiful. Breakfast is a small buffet with an option of freshly cooked eggs, they gave us a takeaway breakfast when we got up at 3am for a trip which was great. The staff were fantastic. Good laundry service, helped us with taxi to bus station and stored our bags when we went on a trek for a few days. I absolutely recommend this place! Especially the jetted tub rooms! Photos are absolutely accurate.
