I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inkaterra La Casona Relais & Châteaux, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, which set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel is a beautiful blend of colonial charm and modern comfort. The interior is tastefully decorated with rich history, showcasing the unique architecture of the historic house while offering all the luxurious amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in every corner of the property made it feel like a serene sanctuary. Our room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean and comfortable. The bed was plush, and we were able to enjoy restful nights surrounded by peaceful surroundings. The bathrooms were equally impressive, featuring luxurious finishes and all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the service. The staff at Inkaterra La Casona were exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging a tour, offering recommendations for local activities, or simply ensuring we had everything we needed, their hospitality made us feel truly valued. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the stunning city of Cusco. We were able to easily visit the major sights, yet it was a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle when we returned. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was another standout. The dishes were expertly prepared, showcasing local ingredients with a contemporary twist. Dining at the hotel was a true culinary delight. Overall, Inkaterra La Casona Relais & Châteaux made our stay in Cusco unforgettable. It is a perfect blend of luxury, history, and exceptional service. You cannot go wrong with Midori. It might be up a slight hill from the main square but boy did we welcome being away from the noise and having a nice quiet sleep on a delicious mattress. We arrived at this hotel after escaping an absolutley terrible night at a hotel on Procuradores (right off the main plaza). The location was top notch but we had a disco right out front and boy do the Peruvians like to party until dawn. This was one of the nicest and largest rooms we stayed at in all of our Peru trip. There were three of us for this trip, and to splurge more on food, we stayed at three bedroom rooms for the entirety. An we came back TWICE to stay at both three bedroom rooms; both equally enjoyable. A big plus, when staying three-to-room; there is a confortable bathroom just down the hall. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good (watch out for the coffee which is ridiculously strong), it is just a 2 minute (uphill) walk from the main plaza.

The breakfast was delicious and elegant. The staff members in the hotel is nice and I feel so welcomed while studying. Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.

The staff is so friendly, very helpful, and location is great. There is a heater in the room, great way of communication, so if you want anything you can just simply whatsapp them. Hot water takes a minutes to release, if not just call them to fix it. Dont forget if you are leaving early just order your breakfast to be packed a night before. I am totally satisfied and happy with my stay

The entire property was super comfortable! I traveled in June when there were parties every day in Cuzco. The property was very well located, but because of the parties and the closed streets, I had to walk a little further to get an Uber. But the location is so good that I had to get an Uber just to go to the airport.

The place was incredible, right by the main plaza and it was impeccably clean! They upgraded our room for free and gave us a room with a beautiful view! The staff was extremely kind. We went on tours every day and they prepared lunch boxes for us every morning along with water bottles. When we checked out, they even gave us a small gift! One of the best places to stay in Cusco! I highly recommend it!

Breakfast was served hot and coffee/ Tea always available. Very accommodating for our many treks around Cusco and Sacred Valley.

Excellent location, staff was friendly, and we stored our luggage there with no issue when we went on our 4 day Inca trail hike.
