I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The view was absolutely incredible and definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The room was very clean, well organized, and comfortable, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others visiting Miami. Francisco did everything to make our stay perfect. We asked for an early check-in, and he kindly accommodated our request. He was also very polite, professional, and welcoming.

Everything is much better than in the photos: a clean beach, a clean pool that is very large and of varying depths. The room comes with sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach. Nobody disturbed us throughout the entire stay. The quality of the beds is excellent. Everything is based on trust – I didn’t pay a deposit. Free parking was available, and there were plenty of staff around, so there was no need to wait or request car service. The room is small but overall, everything was perfect – 10/10.

The apartment was fantastic, full of amenities, fill kitchen, washer/dryer machine, in front of the beach with perfect view, easy check in/out, valet is included, swimming pools and hot top were amazing - where the lower one was heated. Location was perfect, away from the crowd, north beach was quite, yet easy drive to all Miami

The location is perfect — the beach, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The rooftop pool was a huge hit with the kids. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The amenities were exceptional. The pools and beach area are beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing escape with impeccable service. The spa and gym facilities are top-notch, and the restaurants on property deliver an incredible dining experience — both in quality and in atmosphere. My suite was spacious, stylishly designed, and immaculately clean, with every detail thought out for comfort. Waking up to the views of Miami Beach was unforgettable. Overall, The Setai offers not just a stay, but a complete luxury experience. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a world-class stay in Miami Beach.

I am local - I live in Miami. I am an Event Producer and produce over 6 events a year on SOBE. Historically. I have stayed at the Tradewinds up on Pine Tree, but this location was a game-changer. I'd like to better understand what type of inventory you have at this location. Do you have any ADA apts? The tub in this unit will not work for one of our guys. Minor Feedback: The blanket and pillow in the spare closest was not washed. Sadly, I did accidentally get makeup on the shower curtain. I am happy to replace it. Great location, beautiful balcony and great host

We absolutely loved this property! The pool was amazing and one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location was perfect with very easy access to the beach, which made it great for relaxing and enjoying the area. There were also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so we always had good options for meals. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time here.

Super easy check in process, friendly and caring stuff, beach facilities available on request. Spacious and clean rooms. This is definitely the best value for the price they’re offering. Location is amazing.

Great location. Reception staff was incredibly helpfull and friendly. Oscar anticipates our needs, he upgraded us to another accomodation by at mine hospitality, that met our needs more as we were 3. Rooms are a good size, shower cabin is huge.

Location is literally in walking distance of every thing including the ocean. Valet was amazing professional and prompt. Check in was very easy, I used Booking.com to make reservation and I communicated via chat on the app if I needed to contact them for anything. No need to call over the phone as the property responds in a very timely manner via online chat. The Restaurant Blu Gin has breakfast lunch dinner drinks hookah great music great vibes professional staff amazing chef and delicious food. The spinach dip is like no other, I should’ve ordered some to-go. Lower lobby of the building has a mini strip mall with different stores including gift shops. You literally don’t have the leave this property for anything unless going to the beach which they have personal access via code To keep everyone safe. I highly recommend to all & I will definitely stay here again. Also this property is close to other tourist attractions.
