The location was perfect. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and wifi worked great. Nice staff and we always felt safe.

My second time at the Residence. Feel like home. Everything was fine.

I didn't attend breakfast at the hotel. The menu was not appealing. However, I loved the room and the space of the apartment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the on-suite bath with the seperate shower and tub was perfect. It's been 10 years since I've been to Cape Town and the first time I've traveled with my family there. I usually stay at Marketplace Properties. However, my new location will forever be Mandela Rhodes going forward.

Good location if you want to explore the city bowl. The place was clean and roomy.

The room was spacious and well equipped with anything you need to make a meal. I didn't cook but everything was working. They even had a heater and ecoflow power backup.. The shower was heavenly good and the bed comfortable. The staff were very nice and kind, the night security really helped me retrieve my phone that I had left in an Uber.

Location is perfect and I love the convenience of having a full studio apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed and some. It truly was a phenomenal place to start our adventures in Cape Town and an even better place to return to at the end of the day.

I liked the roof top pool, fully equipped kitchen in the rooms, nice stuff at reception area and at the bistro. Breakfast was always delicious!
