The unit and the facilities look way better than the photos! The unit contains 3 rooms and could accommodate up to 7 people. The bathroom and the toilet are separated in different locations within the unit, so no hogging both the bathroom and the toilet, as per the typical design. The location is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is within a 6 to 7-minute walk to the Nagoya Station, so it's close enough to the station. Instructions on how to check-in were provided through booking.com prior to our stay, which makes the experience seamless. I would stay here again if I were to visit Nagoya again.

We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

Our family of five (with 3 kids) loved this accommodation! The room was so clean and beautiful. The design was interesting and unique. We loved the bedding on the floor so we could sleep all together. The washer was a nice addition too. Great location and wonderful stay for us. Thank you!

Ample room for a family of 5 and more. Excellent location, Quiet neighborhood in the evening. There is a clean coin-op (it also has a touchscreen main control system that accepts notes) laundromat 2 mins walk away (it's also an Amazon locker drop off point). Family Mart and 7-11 nearby. The property does provide soap/shampoo/towels/wash cloth like a regular hotel.
