Overall Impression The hotel is incredibly clean and cozy. From the moment we arrived, we experienced a fantastic and warm welcome. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place, and we will definitely be back! Dining Breakfast: A bit simple/modest, but there is something for everyone, and all the food is extremely fresh. Dinner: Great selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. The desserts are absolutely delicious! For Kids: There is a great kids' corner and direct access to an outdoor playground, so the little ones can play while adults finish their dinner. Pool & Spa The views while swimming in the pool or relaxing in the sauna are simply breathtaking! You can also borrow bathrobes specifically for the pool and spa area, which is very convenient. Room & Cleaning Our room was spotless. Housekeeping is done every day, and everything is kept perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

Well let’s start with breakfast which was amazing, we had our favorite spot by with balcony window eating breakfast with a view of the mountains just WOW! The swimming pool was fab we spent most of our day there popping back up to our room for some food then going back down. Myself and my partner came here in our honeymoon only getting married the day before we arrived and we just felt so welcomed, all staff were so friendly!

The location is great, close to many places we visited, the Mountain View is breathtaking! The apartment is fully equipped with everything one might need, it’s spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there, felt like home and a very nice one. The staff very friendly and helpful. I can honestly recommend it for a summer vacation home.

The apartment was clean, comfortable beds. You can use the hotel facilities which is great, especially the well equipped gym. There is a laundry in the building which you can use for 3.5 Euro

The place is great!!!. Clean, big, superb facilities for families in the garden such as bicycles, fireplace, pool, kids playground, trampoline, kids play room, just WOW!!!. You also got everything you need close by. From grocery, bakery, pharmacy and yet they are not too close :-)

Quality apartment and kindness of the hosts

Good location - 15 minute walk or 1 ski bus stop to the main ski lift. 2 bedrooms and a large living room - very comfortable for a 2+2 family

Everything. The Apartment is exceptional - beautiful, very clean, well equipped. We were surprised for good that our stay was included cleaning. The pool is great with amazing view. The Restaurant is excellent - great dinner menu, great view. The Sauna is amazing as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Beautiful views from there balcony. It’s within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very clean and modern place. The room is comfortable and even had a little kitchen (although it only had one mug). The drive from the Autobahn until the place is quite idyllic and pleasant. At the time of our stay, it was a good value for money when comparing with prices around Salzburg. My wife missed the interaction with someone as the check in and check out are rather impersonal (all self service). It was not necessarily a problem, but it feels quite anonymous and misses a human touch.

Great location… 20m from ski lift… never lived closer and for the price it was a bargain!!

The apparent was very good well equipped kitchen and furniture. It is a perfect location even with walking distance supermarket and a bus stop right at the door. Couple of restaurants and bars as your neighbor

The location is so comfortable, the view of the mountains is stunning and the communication with the staff is comfortable, the room is prepared and equipped well for the needs of the family, and it's very clean.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully functional. The sauna was excellent, and the host was very friendly.

We were two couples traveling through the mountains and didn’t get to spend as much time at the property as we would’ve liked — which is a pity, because it was beautiful. The view was breathtaking, everything was clean, and the little pool was a great touch. Our hosts were warm, friendly, and always helpful. We'd gladly come back!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and extremely well equipped. We had everything from a coffee machine (with coffee!) to an oven and a micro-wave. It was impeccably clean. Last, and not the least, it was really warm in the apartment which was really important as temperatures went to -15 degrees Celsius during our stay. The host was really helpful and friendly. Wonderful hosts, beautiful location, spacious accommodations! Roland and Lisa are premier hosts. They take pride in thier place and it shows. The little details, like hand delivered fresh breads every morning, a friendly smile and a spotless room. This location was the first part of our Austrian vacation and we are spoiled :) Thank you Roland and Lisa!
