We are your hosts Maria Pusswald-Ganschitter and daughter Sabine Pusswald. We live in our beautiful country house and together we take care of the rental and maintenance of the property. We have an affinity for Do-It-Yourself projects and sustainability, so we enjoy spending time working with wood, renovating and gardening.

Welcome to our country house on the sunny side of Wagrain in Salzburgerland and in the Ski Amadé. Our house is built on a 300 year old power place & situated in the middle of nature. It has a beautiful, quiet location with wonderful views onto mountains, Wagrain, meadows and forests. In winter, enjoy our own Finnish sauna and an idyllic winter landscape away from the hustle and bustle after a brilliant day on the slopes of the Ski Amadé. Relax in summer at our outdoor pool with green sunbathing lawn and discover walking and hiking trails directly from the house to the Hochgründeck, the Öbristkopf and the Ginau. Here you are invited to create your own version of vacation! Wagrain is a beautiful mountain village with a centuries-old history, panoramic hiking trails, genuine hospitality & the option to purchase organic farm products. In summer, Salzburgerland offers unique nature experiences such as the Krimml Waterfalls, the Grossglockner (Austria's highest mountain) or the Liechtenstein Gorge, as well as impressive cultural events in the Mozart and festival city of Salzburg or the medieval village of Mauterndorf, including a castle. If you are a hiking enthusiast, you will be thrilled by the panoramic view from the Hochgründeck, the Tappenkarsee and numerous other peaks, including stops at mountain huts. The best way to get to know Wagrain is on foot, whether on a cultural walk including the Waggerlhaus (poet Karl Heinrich Waggerl), the herb and Kneipp garden next to the Silent Night Museum (songwriter Joseph Mohr), the old market lime tree or the Gothic church. Children should of course not miss the Wagraini - an adventure playground on the Grafenberg - and the Geisterberg. In winter, you stay with us in the Ski Amadé, one of the largest ski areas in Austria. The new Panoramalink takes you floating over the mountains and you can see the beauty of the landscape in all its glory. You can ski across 5 valleys and 12 peaks.
