This one bedroom apartment was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, fully equipped, quiet and warm. The hosts, that live in the same building, are wonderful people, very kind and generous. Actually, it was the best (out of 4 appts) we booked in Tersefanou.

A big thank you to the host for such a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very cozy. The balcony is amazing. I only wish the weather had been warmer so we could have spent more time there. The two separate bathrooms were a major convenience, and the rental price was very budget-friendly. We had to extend our stay, and the host made the process smooth and hassle-free with excellent communication. We’ll definitely choose this apartment again for our next trip!

The apartment is located in a calm area, just a few minutes walk from Finikoudes beach. It was clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary appliances for our stay. The host was friendly and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Nicolas 1 is located in Larnaca, just 1.3 miles from Finikoudes Beach and 1.1 miles from Europe Square. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge.

everything was super clean! we are very picky when it comes to cleaning and we have really high standards and it met everything! we stayed for 1 night only but we wish we would’ve stayed for more days because it’s just so fun staying there. there’s even netflix and a cozy sofa so we had a fun night in! the hosts are super nice and helpful with everything you need. they make sure you’re satisfied with every detail. recommended.

The location is perfect, just by the private beach. We didn't have a lot of time before our flight in the morning, so having the beach so close was the reason for us to pick this hotel. It is less than 10 min drive to the airport. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

The apartment is 5 minutes away from Larnaca airport. We were able to easy locate the parking and let ourselves in the apartment with the lockbox. There is a small supermarket in the next building which was very comfortable to grab some items for dinner and breakfast. We were 2 adults +3 kids. They opened the sofa and added another mattress which was very comfortable. The apartment is on the small side for 5 people but was clean, nice balcony, comfortable beds. We used the kitchen for easy cooking and it was great (there is a hidden toys cabinet under the kitchen island which was very cool). We recommend!
