Everything, this place is amazing!

Our hosts had a very clean and comfy place. The views from the patio exceeded my expectations and so did the very nice restaurant next-door. We could walk to everything and the town was full of very friendly local people. We had no issues with parking and really appreciated this.

Nothing, since we got in smelt bad because the bathroom was flooded.

we loved our stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Second stay at this vacation apartment and will be back. Loved the space (it's an actual apartment not just a room saying it's an apartment) consisting of a hallway, bed room, large bathroom with rain shower option and a sauna (three/four person), a living space (separated by a door to promote quietness) with two balconies, a well stocked kitchen (smallish refrigerator but norm for Germany). Location can't be beat. Easy to walk to multiple groceries (10 minutes), the central part of Oberammergau with shopping and dining options. Owner is super friendly and available.

It’s a nice budget apartment with a bed and a couch you can also use for sleeping. There’s a small kitchen with everything you might need. A balcony with a table and chairs with a mountain view is a bonus.

Easy access and parking for our large van. The host was quick to answer questions and very kind. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you might need to eat/prepare meals. There is also a cabinet available with extra toiletries/essentials in case those were forgotten. There are many fliers available with information about various places to visit and things to do. The visitor cards were a nice surprise with many options for use. The area is beautiful and we wished we could have explored/enjoyed it for a few more days.

Super gelegen: zentral in Ettal und doch ruhig. Das Kloster ist gegenüber, Schloss Linderhof 15 Autominuten entfernt, Garmisch und Österreich auch sehr nah. Großzügiger Balkon mit schönem Ausblick auf die Berge.

The apartment was extremely clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils, the mattresses were very comfortable, the shower was AMAZING, and the mountain view from the windows and balcony was beautiful. The location was convenient for walking to restaurants and bakery/cafes, the monastery, and some hiking trails, and convenient for driving to various other attractions in the area.

Conveniently located from major tourist spots. 15 mind drive to Garmisch. 40 mins to Füssen

Accommodation is perfect for a family. So much of space. Everything is available in the kitchen for self cooking. Hassle free parking.

American family of 4,spending 2 nights in February. Easy enough check-in at a downtown hotel desk. A short drive to apartment and parking space in front of building. Apartment is a new-build so clean and modern. Fantastic shower, comfortable bed. Ample room for a short visit. Kitchen was well stocked for basic stove top cooking only. Nice view and great location. Short walk to the main town and restaurants. A very pleasant stay at a fair rate. The owners were very accommodating and we appreciate it :)

For the first time, I had a flat which was much nicer than it looked in the pictures.😊The equipment was of great quality, which you generally don't have. We were positively surprised. The surrounding was very quite and had a nice view..

The family was extremely kind and accommodating. They were also very flexible when I had some check-in/check-out date and time changes. The apartment is beautiful and appears recently renovated, very clean, and has all the appliances you could possibly need. I’m very happy I found this place!
