The apartment is as described and shown in the photos, simple but very clean and functional. Great location on the team line and 2 minutes from the beach and promenade. Daniel was a very gracious and welcoming host, I would come back anytime.

Jessica is very dedicated, helpful and warm owner. She was really attentive to any question I put forward and followed up thoroughly. The location of the property is within 10-15 walk from the nearest metro. There are plenty of shops, eateries and grocers in the neighborhood. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

It’s hard to say which was more incredible, the property or the host!! The property was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and perfectly located. Sylvie was extremely helpful and friendly. It was an absolute joy to meet her and she set us up with all the information we could have possibly needed for our short stay. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment is in a wonderful location being close to the airport, beach and train station

We liked the distict, very safe and residentail. Full of shops and cafes at the street where the tram passes. Close to old distict, pleasant walk via green zone to the promenade. Friendly staff, can leave bags before check-in and after check-out. The toilet at the reception has shower just in case. Reception is 24/7 We felt very safe The beds were super comfy. Bedlinen new. There is huge balcony. Aircon. The kitchen is fully equipped. Smart invention to shut it with roller

It was super clean and spacious. Close to cafes and restaurants. Very quiet. If you open the window, you hear planes come and go, but if you keep it closed you don’t hear a thing.

Comfy room and good facilities. Clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. One local restaurant, a few shops, and Aldi nearby to buy food, helpful. Nearby residential areas with a park and Matisse museum to visit. Secure garage and parking. Area under construction.

The staff was friendly. They were always available when I needed help or clarification. The internet is fast. The location is great. It is a walking distance to Nice Riquier Station. Works perfectly if you want to explore the region and beat the crowds from Nice Main Station. It is also by the tram station so going to old town or other neighborhoods are super easy.

Check in was super easy. Clean room, great view from the balcony, comfy bed. Close to train station, market next to the entrance. We were in room 702 and there wasnt any smell from toilet. I definitlly reccomend 10/10

Excellent location! Close enough to the beach that you can walk, but not so close that you are near the summer party crowd. Loved the layout of the apartment. Loved having two bathrooms, and my daughter said the sofa bed was quite comfortable.

Spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean. So close to the beach boardwalk. Very convenient and so lucky to find a place like this. We're definitely coming back again.

I like the location the most. The shower is very nice and AC works very good.
