LOFT 360° Nice Loft "apartment" 45mq, located on the top floor of 8 floor, with elevator and a private terrace of 60mq on the roof as well as a balcony of 12mq, with 360 ° view on the city, mountain and the sea. 100 meters away private and public beaches and the Promenade des Anglais. Close to all shops and the center. Direct access from the airport by tram or bus, the stops of which are less than 100 meters from the apartment. The photos speak of this Loft by themself, -Pets are not allowed, only on request, a surcharge is possible
