We only live locally but used as stopover when attending a gig at Brewery Arts which is short walk away, as are the towns bars and restaurants. Decor is stylish and modern, but cosy and fittings are to a high standard. Easy check in/out and helpful owners. Highly recommend:)

IrelandJust beautiful! Great flat in the center of Kendal. Super clean. Great kitchen and cooking space. Comfy furniture and bed. Nice shower with rainfall, and plenty of hot water. House was quiet, even though it was in the center of Kendal. Just really lovely. I'll definitely stay again!

United StatesThe location was amazing once you have your luggage in the apartment and figure out the parking. The apartment was recently renovated and well decorated with lots of light. We loved that it was dog friendly. The TV had a lot of channel options. All the amenities were included. The internet was good, the dining room table was a good size for our family of 4 and the living room area was spacious. It was an easy walk to virtually everything in the city, and there were great dining and shopping options. Lovely stay. Parking is very affordable if you park on level 3 of the South Lakeland House parking lot, which is free from 5:30 pm until 8:30 am.

The location was good, shops easily accessible. The flat was lovely and clean, with good quality appliances. The parking permit was a bonus and car park close by .The place was clean , beds very comfortable. Netflix was great so could relax in the evenings with a movie. All in all would highly recommend as previously have stayed in nearby hotel but as this was self catering suited family better at a much better price.

Very cute little apartment in a central location in Kendal. Was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Perfect for a stopover on our drive from North Hampshire up to Scotland with our dog. Very easy to get into the flat, and a conveniently located car park right next door which was quite inexpensive.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the penthouse suite which was truly beautiful inside. Lee has decorated this apartment to a very high standard. It is truly beautiful with lots of personal touches. Lee went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We would definitely return. Thank you Lee

Self catering accommodation, everything of high quality and all apartment very clean with exceptionally good amenities, only thing is there is no oven or 4 hobs, there is an air fryer and an induction hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and coffee machine that takes pods available. No freezer space in fridge.
Town centre very close and lots of restaurant choices and takeaways 5-10 mins away, did not source if delivered.
Felt very secure, no noisy neighbours

A really stunning and luxurious apartment over 2 floors. Wonderful, trendy decor and some lovely quirky stairs and sky lights, a fabulous spa bath in a cosy little loft space. Great views. Super spotless and clean.
