Every thing staff rooms Very thing was Excellent.

It was very clean. The room had everything we could possibly need. The location is amazing, 10min to the train station and 5 min to the huge malls with hundreds of shops.

★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing and stressful experience I booked an Airbnb in Manchester that was advertised as having swimming facilities - this was one of the main reasons I chose this property. However, after I made my booking, I was never informed that the swimming facilities were actually unavailable and could not be used, even though they were still being promoted as if they were accessible. What made this experience even worse happened on the day of my booking, just one hour before I was due to check in. I was on my way to attend a funeral when I received a phone call asking me to send over my ID. I did this straight away, but what followed was completely unacceptable - I was essentially interrogated about why I was travelling to Manchester, what I planned to do there, and all the details of my trip. I explained clearly that I am originally from Manchester but live in London with my partner, and I was travelling back for a funeral. I told them we wanted to stay an extra night with our children and partner. Even though my ID and passport showed I was from Manchester, I was told I couldn't have the apartment simply because of where I was from - this made absolutely no sense at all. When I tried to explain my situation again, the person I spoke to made an outrageous request: they said I could only continue with the booking if I paid an extra £100 on top of what I had already paid. They claimed they would give this money back later, but couldn't give me any clear details about when or how this would happen. This felt extremely suspicious and unethical. When I said I couldn't cancel the booking myself because I would be charged fees as it was less than 24 hours before check-in, I was told they would cancel it instead. They then threatened to charge my card anyway. I had to contact Booking.com urgently to sort out alternative accommodation at the last minute, which caused huge stress and inconvenience at an already difficult time.

Convenient location, very clean. Comfortable studio apartment. Overall, I would book again.

Walkable from station (within 10 minutes), apartment is very clean, cozy, and tidy. Kudos for the management. Kitchen is great and enough for simple cooking.

The vibe was super cozy, and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was such a good experience, and I’d totally recommend it to anyone looking for a chill spot with friends or fam.

I liked everything. Right next to train station, very clean, very nice view, 24h reception, you can buy refreshment in the lobbey. Nice kitchen and bathroom, warm.

Probably the best part about visiting manchester 🤣. Complete furniture, safe apartment, clean room, many prepared utensils even washing machine, fast internet connection, good view, near central manchester, and warm bathroom

Colin the caretaker was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The space was mostly clean (dirty pots in the cabinet).

Apartment is well maintained and furnished. A lot of space to socialize. Having two bathrooms and showers (one in the main bedroom and one separate for the other two guest rooms) was very nice. Good distances between the three bedrooms so people have some sense of private personal space. Bedrooms were of good enough size. Coffee maker, hot water maker for tea, and other kitchen utilities were all nice. Location is near Piccadilly Gardens making it central to a lot of places. Really clean. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location for all of Manchester. We went to a concert at Etihad Stadium and walked back safely in 30 mins, lots of crowds walking back so very safe. Really spacious apartment, with fully equipped kitchen for pre- and post-concert food

The location is great we didn’t need to buy any transport cards its close to everything. Spacious for 5 people. Facilities, Wi-Fi and amenities are very convenient.
