The Orchards is a beautiful cottage, set in its own private grounds, nestled within the Cumbrian fells. With outstanding views, it is the perfect location for R & R and a walkers' paradise. Close to the beach and the fells, and the beautiful market town of Kendal, we are ideally situated to explore the Lakes. Two fabulous country pubs are within walking distance. Our cottage is modern and high spec, with a wonderful log burner and views across the fells. Our nearest neighbours are the cows in the next field! We absolutely cannot wait to welcome you.

The Orchards is a family run business, designed and developed with much TLC. We are environmentally friendly, using solar panels and recycled wood on the log burners. Four legged friends are very welcome! We are close at hand in the property next door should you need us for anything, but rest assured you will have full peace, tranquility and privacy. The Orchards sleeps four (the second bed is a double sofa bed in the lounge), with an en suite king size master bedroom.

Fabulous walks, wonderful nearby attractions, gorgeous market towns and villages close by.
