Location was amazing, the checkin staff was very helpful and gave us valuable info on the town and its habits and routines . As promised, we had secure parking.

Our stay in Bellagio was absolutely perfect! Antonella, our host, was incredibly attentive and sweet. She welcomed us warmly, showed us around the apartment, and gave us fantastic recommendations. We loved starting our days with breakfast at her amazing bakery, Coppola, just a short walk away. The apartment itself was ideal for us, with a wonderful pool, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and much-needed air conditioning during the summer heat. Convenient parking right in front was a big plus, and we appreciated the two sun beds by the pool. This was truly our favorite accommodation in Italy, and we can't wait to return. Its central location near downtown and the ferry station was perfect, and the apartment was impeccably clean with all the amenities we needed, including a rare find in Europe—a laundry machine. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in the heart of Bellagio!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment in San Giovanni. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of Lake Como and easy access to the surrounding areas. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, providing us with excellent tips and local recommendations that made our trip even more special. We had a truly memorable time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

The apaetment was beautiful and clean and the location so close to the bus station, walking distance to the city center. We also loved the view and the fact that the lake was right over the street from the house. The host was responsive and really nice. Great stay!

Rosy was my favorite part! I arrived late and she made sure to make me a reservation at the restaurant as soon as I arrived! Right next to the San Giovanni secret beach and about 30 minute walk to all the best restaurants and bellagio pier

it was a great location across from a beach and with a pool. easy walking into Bellagio. Rooms were comfortable with AC to keep us cool at night.

The location is very strategic, right by the pier and overlooking the lake. It is located at a charming little town where everyone knows everyone and you can find great products from local grocery store. Most importantly though, Sina, the hospitality manager was really really helpful - he helped arrange travel options for us, brought our luggages, solved minor problem when the hot water was turned off, provided great list of restaurants and boat rent options.

Location & friendly staff

The apartment is very spacious and very clean and you get a very nice view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and you could also find oil, salt and pepper, some spices and coffee and tea there. There is also a private parking space in a garage that is easy to access that you could use during your stay and that is very important as parking is a problem in the area. Nicole and Marta our hosts were very nice and accommodating. There is a lot of turism info in the apartment including some booklets regarding the villas and castles that you could visit in the area, hiking trails as well as the ferry schedule. We really appreciated our host’s attention to details. There was also a nice bottle of sparkling wine and some pretzels waiting for us in the living room. That’s a very nice touch! Our stay exceeded our expectations. The view is stunning. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated them picking us up from the ferry station! It was a serious life saver with all our luggage. The backyard has lovely outdoor seating space. The location is near Bellagio center without being downtown. It is a 20 minute or so walk with lovely views. This location is near 2 great supermarkets as well. We had no issues.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location- only 10 min walk to the centre of Bellagio. The views are great. The host is very communicative and greeted us warmly.

Fantastic apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely little balcony for people watching while enjoying a glass of wine. The host was exceptional and went over and above to provide lots of information to help ensure we easily found the apartment and enjoyed our stay. The complimentary bottle of prosecco and water were a lovely bonus. The apartment was spotless and very homely and the location is great, right in the heart of Bellagio and not far to walk to the ferry or bus. Highly recommended and great value relative to other properties in the area.

I don’t believe the pictures do it justice. It is the most adorable little apartment. The layout is comfortable and cozy. The window views immerse you into Italy.

Very convenient and central location! We were right outside the best gelato shop and only few hundred metres to the ferry terminal. Elisabetta gave us clear instructions on check in, parking, and recommendations for attractions and restaurants! The apartment was spacious and well equipped. She was very responsive and was an excellent host. We had a wonderful time in Bellagio! Would highly recommend this place to stay

Angela provided all the needs of home, from linens, to a full kitchen with all necessities to a modern bathroom with plenty of towels. She was prompt to meet us and answered all questions immediately by text. The 2 outside spaces, although small, were great areas to have lunch. The location is perfect with the food market next door, shops, and restaurants.

The location is very convenient for shopping, dining and going to ferry station. Everything is good.
