The gardens are amazing. The grass is regularly mowed, there are many flowers and herbs. There are many places with outdoor furniture to dine or lay down as in the sun and also in natural shade. In the evening the garden is illuminated, there are even romantic lights in the trees. The guests are allowed to pick the fruits in the orchards. In the fully equiped Appartment there is also automatic orange press. The Appartment is clean and spacious with all the needed amenities. The owner, the staff and dogs are so kind. We also got goose eggs for the breakfast and could buy olive oil from the estate. You need a car to get there. It is definitely worth a drive to enjoy in peaceful green gardens.

From the moment we arrived, the host welcomed us warmly and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment itself felt like a home away from home - spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was taken care of, and everything worked perfectly. It truly felt like our own little sanctuary in the heart of Catania's city center. The location couldn't have been better, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. Overall, our experience at Croceferi Luxury Apartment was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Catania.

The facility was extremely clean and a short distance from the historic district. We'd like that it was Modern extremely updated. Even had a towel warmer rack in the bathroom. Full kitchen which we did not need well at a very reasonable price

Such an amazing location, and was pretty central to everything- breakfast was great- we only really did a pastry and a coffee which was honestly more than enough. A/c worked great, bed was really comfy and all the staff were lovely <3

It's correct what the other reviews say. It is a modern nice place and the guy you meet is a good guy. The place is not yet totally completed, so it's gonna get even better I guess with my next stay there. It is a short and a nice walk down to the center also

A large one bedroom apartment with roomy bathroom and laundry off that. Very clean, very central and easy walking everywhere, We were given an address to park the car - left the keys and gave about 45 min notice when we needed it again. Very safe and very secure. The kitchen was good with a large fridge and table and chairs. Very air and felt good

Super clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable with simple but stylish design. Central location right above the fish market, our room had 3 lovely balconies, but thanks to the termal windows very quiet when you close windows.

The location of property is excellent, exactly in the centre of Catania. You can not find anything closer then this one. At the same time it is very Romantic location. It has special vibe. It is very clean. The owner is simply wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

This is one of those places you’d honestly prefer to hide from the world, just to keep it as your own private sanctuary. The apartment is simply incredible. From the very first second, we knew we were staying somewhere with real character and soul. Yes, you do have to conquer over a hundred stairs, but every single step is a price well paid. The reward waiting at the top is a breathtaking terrace overlooking the vibrant Piazza Duomo, with the majestic Mamma Etna watching over you from the distance. You could easily say that this climb is the perfect warm-up before meeting Mount Etna in person! A special and huge thank you goes to Giovanni. He embodies the true, warm spirit of Sicilian hospitality. Giovanni, sitting on that terrace, we truly m’arricriamu! Grazie di cuore! We left with heavy hearts, but with a firm resolution that we will definitely return to our new favorite corner. We recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts, even if we do so a little reluctantly, because some addresses you just want to keep as your own private secret.
