Excellent instructions on how to drive into Ortigia, where to park, information on local sights etc. Excellent apartment layout with central kitchen dining area and windows in all the rooms. Apartment has fan in bathroom, unlike some other places, so excellent for indoor air quality! Lovely host.

The accommodations were brand new, very clean, and exceptionally roomy. Our stay included super comfortable bed, large rain shower, and a 2-person hot tub. The building is quiet and there is a nice little balcony overlooking the street where you can see the mountain. The main appeal of this room is the host, Marco. He was extraordinarily accommodating in helping us with the logistics of travel from and to the airport. Unlike the hustle and bustle of Palermo, this location offers a welcoming respite from the traffic and noise of a larger town. Marco’s hospitality exceeds that of a typical host. We felt like family visiting. His communication is quick and accurate. The location to Terrasini’s centro is only a few minutes of walking where you’ll encounter wonderful restaurants and a beautiful view of the sea with beach access. This boutique hotel is a hidden gem with an exceptional host. We only stayed one night for a next-day flight and wished we could’ve stayed longer! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STAY!

Excellent location and very pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, set up as advertised, super clean and well maintained. We stayed 6 nights and everything went smoothly. The host was very proactive and even provided suggestions to explore the city. Easy walk to and from all points of interest, even late nights, we always felt safe.
