The location is amazing, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beautiful Umbrian hills landscape. The apartment was very clean and neat, and the garden and pool area offer a perfect serene atmosphere to unwind. The management is always available and friendly, as well as very attentive to details. I will definitely go back and recommend it to anybody who is looking for a peaceful retreat.

Lovely property, the hosts were very kind and available. The apartment was very clean and furnished with all necessities. Also for the pool every apartment had it's own space and commodities (table, umbrella, sun beds). The place is not on the main street so also peaceful and quiet, just perfect for the relaxing vacation we wanted. Also they were very attentive to owr dog, offering also for her dedicated bowls. We will gladly turn back again.

This is an adorable little apartment in the heart of Orvieto’s historic district. Every detail has been thought through with small gifts of food and toiletries. I especially loved the dish soap attached to the wall with velcro in the kitchenette. The bedrooms are good-sized and the small kitchen is very efficient. Three small chairs are set up in front of the building among the plants and flowers - it is delightful to just sit there and chat.

We loved the setting of this property and the apartment itself was very cozy. Perfect for a short stay! Host was super helpful and communicated well. Very thankful!

Fantastic ambiance with comfy bed, great view, wonderful shower. The design is lovely and I could have stayed much longer. Location is great and the owner warm and understanding, especially since I arrived late! Wine, water and fresh fruit provided. Recommend!!
