Excellent view, everything was clean, well equipped, ideal location, easy access to the city center.

We had an easy check in to room 1601 and everything was taken care of, our room was perfect. The staff checked in on us to make sure we were happy with everything at all times. From Ahamed, Christopher to Brindsley and everyone else who strived to make our stay an excellent one, we thank you. Your service sets you apart from the rest.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a calm and peaceful environment. The rooftop pool offered an excellent view, making it a perfect spot to relax. The on-site restaurant served great food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful and serene experience.

Perfect clean apartment in centre of the city with beautiful view. Owner Mr. Nirash was very nice, really. He gave us good tips for trips, advices about Colombo, help us with train tickets etc... Really recommend using this apartment, if we will come back to Colombo we will use it again.

Everything was great , the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the electrical appliances one might need. When I wanted to do the laundry, I noticed there were no detergents, but as soon as I mentioned it to the manager, Mr. Yasas, he immediately provided everything. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Excellent location - shops (glomark, Paan Paan) top rated cafes and restaurants (seed, peppermint, zumbuk, DoC, Upalis), attractions (Viramahadevi park, National museum) all within walking range. Warm hospitality of the owners - felt like staying with an extended family. Spacious rooms - tastefully designed and well equipped.

It was like a home away from home! comfortable beds and spacious living area in the heart of Colombo. Gorgeous rustic Interiors. The staff specially our host Upul was helpful at all times. Can’t wait to be back ❤️

Property is really clean, tidy , spacious and exactly same as the photos. Highly recommend the property if you’re staying in Colombo.

Very spacious, well-equipped, and clean apartment. The bed was very comfortable, with nice linens and pillows. Everything worked in the kitchen, there's cutlery, pans, and even a rice cooker. The living space is very usable. There's even a huge common seating area outside the apartment with additional comfy sofas. It's in a quiet, convenient neighborhood, with a full grocery store a 7-minute walk. The host is really proactive and helpful (there was a noisy family in the room above one evening, and he cautioned them to be quiet and wrote me an apology the next morning. I hadn't even said anything about the noise- it had stopped before we went to sleep, so it wasn't a problem). Plenty of well-placed outlets also. The elevator was a surprise bonus with heavy bags! Highly recommend staying here.

If you are from a conservative family. This is the best place to stay because the area is very good, close to CCC, safe, cheap, clean and the management is kind. Finding such a place in colombo is very rare. If you need to go to Colombo for exams, or for training or for any small commitments this is a place you can consider to stay.
