Amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and very very clean. Equipped with all you may need. The swimming pool is great and my kids loved it. The lady that checked us in was very sweet and help us to arrange whatever we needed. Location is the top, close to everything but on a quiet street.

All about this property I like. No have minus no complain also

Excellent Stay at Abie Villa! I had a fantastic stay at Abie Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Negombo. The location is excellent, with the 24-hour Laugfs Supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for any last-minute essentials. The villa is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for both work and leisure. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The peaceful and quiet surroundings made my stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Despite being close to amenities, the villa felt like a private retreat. I will definitely return on my next visit to Negombo!

Beautiful beachfront stay in Negombo. Comfortable apartment with ocean view and sunset. Greater location close to restaurant and shops. Host were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

A beautiful stay! The ocean view was breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. Loved the rooftop pool and the peaceful, cozy apartment. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Truly relaxing — highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful! The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and brand new studio. Everything in the building is brand new and in good condition and they have a rooftop with an amazing view! Laksha was super helpful and nice!

Amazing location and super clean and comfortable! Good AC and hot shower! Such a great stay at Randy's. We would happily recommend it to anyone when staying in Negombo! The rooftop pool and deck is some of the best views of all Negombo, a must to watch the sunset!! Easy to check in with Roshan, who was very kind and friendly!

We had an amazing stay at breeze by roshi..! My husband and I,needed a quick getaway to unwind, and this place really delivered. From the moment we arrived, Jenon made us feel so welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly, and they ensured we felt comfortable. Jenin was so helpful and made me feel like I was at home...he gave us 6 extra hours for check out Our room was spotless,100 % clean and felt like home and the view was stunning, it was the perfect place to relax. I also treated myself to a spa session, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. It was just what I needed! We also ordered room service, and the food was delicious, with great prices to match. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll definitely be back! If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation, I highly recommend The breeze by roshi ....

Location and bed is comfortable

The location was excellent — right in Negombo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The owner was extremely friendly, grateful, and very helpful throughout our stay. The shuttle service was perfect and really useful for us, making our travel much easier. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
