It is clean, quiet. Very close to stores, restaurants, a mall. Transportation is easy.

A new property in Merida, YUC lovely old colonial home which is inviting. The rooms are new & modern with excellent amenities the grounds are welcoming with nice furniture around the pool. The location is absolutely perfect! We’ve actually stayed in this spot on 3 different occasions.

Self check-in was easy, housekeeping was great with daily restocking of coffee, water and cookies. The room was clean and comfortable and it was handy having a kitchenette.

Extremely comfortable and we'll thought out space. Everything you need to be comfortable, cook, make coffee with lovely hosts who were extremely kind. I would definitely stay again!

All of it, it was a beautiful place to stay and I loved the dog who was very friendly.

A beautiful space.Room had everything you needed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, you could make a meal.Garden with pool was lovely and a lot of birdsong.Free water and also very quiet.I liked the table in the kitchen where I could sit and journal.Also a nice smart tv with Netflix.Maybe a 20min walk from center but Uber to or from center only 40pesos.Really loved the place and a great value for what you get.

Comfortable and good location! Staff was helpful. There’s a 500 peso deposit but they returned it readily once they checked the room. We had an early flight and there was someone at the desk at 3 am which was a relief. Air conditioning was great. Keep in mind there is no elevator, so that may be a problem for some people if they are placed on the 3rd floor like us. Good value for the money.

I like the receptionist willingness to help. I also enjoyed the clean rooms.

Excellent location, New rooms and furniture, super clean.

Very cozy apartment with all of the necessary amenities for a short-term stay. The bed was very spacious, the kitchen had a stovetop and all of the basic cookware and utensils. The host was amazing and very welcoming. They allowed us a late check-out and when we accidentally left something in the apartment, they let us know almost immediately! Would definitely book again whenever we're in Merida!

It safe secure modern wonderful neighborhood I recommend the chicken champion restaurant two blocks away there's also a fruit market three blocks away and it's 7-Eleven three blocks away with an ATM

The location of the property is great, about 5 blocks to the jardín principal. The rooms where spacious.

No contact for getting in the apartment meant arriving stress-free. Not needing to race to meet someone was ideal. The apartment was relatively close to everything and the place was clean with ample room for a family of four.

Good Location, good AC, good king bed, plenty of space

The complex is beautiful and is completely immaculate and clean at all times. It is well guarded with a gate and cameras so it is completely safe. Also, all communication was almost immediate and was very thorough and friendly.

Very nice decor, all essentials provided, stellar communication from host Veronica! Walking distance to many convenient places. Personally used ADO, OXXO, and Farmacia Similares several times, all just a block away.
