⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an exceptional stay at this condo in Cebu. The unit itself is very beautiful, modern, and feels very new. The interiors are amazing and thoughtfully designed — honestly one of the nicest condo rentals we have stayed in. It is very comfortable and cozy that it even made us feel like we wanted to live there permanently. The location is also very convenient since it is just at the back of the mall, making everything easily accessible. The unit is complete with amenities and even includes condiments, which was a very thoughtful touch by the owner. The host was also very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer, but aside from that, everything was excellent. Overall, this is the first condo rental we experienced that truly felt premium, very new, and beautifully maintained. Definitely highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really love how the unit is complete with equipments you need. It feels homey. It's like SM, they got it all for you.

I didn't like anything because I didn't even stay there. After a long trip I got to the establishment and they were closed. I found it impossible to access the room I had paid for. There was no one at the place to assist me to my room, so I went down the street and booked another room that actually handed me a room key

I really loved the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Food and drinking water were provided, which was a big plus. We also enjoyed the karaoke. The place smelled great, and all the amenities and equipment were complete and well-maintained. Overall, everything was very clean and comfortable.

Spacious place. Clean and looks pretty new. TV with Netflix was available, which was very convenient. Almost fully equipped kitchen available. Overall good value.

The room is clean. The bed is comfy. We would loved to book again in the near future.

All you need apartment! Big bed, tv with Netflix, nice bathroom and balcony. You have everything you need close by, and if you just want to chill one day they have restaurants down stairs.

The location was hard to find do to one way streets the atmosphere in this part of the city is very busy lots of street vendors there's a 7-11 store two minute walk a mall 4 minutes walk as well as money exchange

My sister's family had a wonderful 3-day stay at Luxe City Studios in JTowers Residences! The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. They also enjoyed the pool and overall relaxing atmosphere of the place. Also, Clarilyn were quick to assist/reply whenever I send them a message. Overall stay was smooth and hassle-free.
