Exceptionally well maintained and furnished. Fixtures and lights were perfect.

Close to the airport no hustle to travel far.

The property was very clean and has a fantastic view of the seaside. We enjoyed our stay especially my boys. The beach is just a walking distance and so as the mactan newtown. Its close-by the airport too. Thomas was very accommodating and responsive. The complimentary pick up from the airport was a big help too. We would definitely recommend la mirada.

Complete kitchen utensils and tools/appliances. We appreciated that they provided us condiments as well! We were able to cook our meals with ease and convenience. 🥰

We had excellent communication with the host. They made sure that we were comfortable and that we didn't encounter issues when we were at the place. The unit was well maintained and very clean. If we are allowed to choose a unit on our next visit, we will definitely request for that same unit.

Clean and neat. It has everything i need for our short vacation

Clean and Cozy. I really enjoyed the room and it had a nice view of the ocean. Big bed and a couch that converts into a bed if needed. We watched a few movies on the Netflix provided and washed our swimwear before going home, in the washer included. When I had questions, it was easy to reach the owner by message and WhatsApp. The extended pool area had a wonderful swim up bar, buffet, and water slides. Would definitely rent again!

The studio is amazing! Modern, stylish, comfortable, super clean, with an amazing view! Very comfortable large bed! The location is great. The studio is located in a modern building with a security guard; the place was very easy to find. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and attentive! We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is just 5 min. away from the airport. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The strong wifi connection saved me that day because I had to work online that night. Everything was provided and the host was responsive.
