Clean, comfortable, nice to have a swimming pool. Host was charming.

Exceptional apartment! A lot of space, comfortable, cozy, very clean. You will find everything you may need and even more inside, e.g. beach towels or stylish sun hats as a gift. Unlike other homes/apartments we stayed in during this trip to Madeira, this apartment was not super humid inside (maybe because it was on the 1st floor), and it was much warmer despite not the best weather. Having extra heaters was a pleasent bonus. You will enjoy beautiful panoramic view through huge windows.

The apartment is huge, and very clean with all the amenities you need. There is a parking garage with a reserved space just for you. The check-in is very easy. Veronica, the hostess, is a very kind and warm person. No problem with the conversation, if you need anything you can just contact her. She left us a welcome gift, which we appreciated very much. I read some people complained about no dishwasher. We did cook but found no need for a dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a tub. The location is uphill from Ponta do Sol in a quiet neighborhood. It can be a bit chilly in the evenings/nights but we had warm comforters and extra blankets were left in the closet. I'm so glad we chose to stay outside of Funchal. I really appreciated the peace and quiet. The pool is amazing, I did not swim, but my kiddo was there almost every day. There is also a charcoal grill.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the location is great. There were nice little details like cotton pads for makeup as well as some Madeira wine and traditional sweets left as welcome. The shared yard is nice and with a good view. Even though it’s shared, everyone gets comfortable space. All communications about getting to apartment was clear and timely.

The view and the pool are wonderful and so special. The shared kitchen was well stocked.

EVERYTHING! The property is so beautiful and each of the apartments are a perfect size. There is a beautiful backdrop with a waterfall. It's in a little town but walking distance to a few restaurants and the beach. It's right in the middle of Ponta Do Sol and Ribera Brava. I definitely recommend stating here

I found more than everything in the house that i'd need for a stay. The terrace and the view of it is beautiful. Host Carla is very responsive and helpful.

Great location, large accommodation, laundry, nice host, clean, very comfortable.

Very spacious and well thought out apartment in a great location. The parking spot in the garage was really wonderful. Nice big balcony, and there was a washer to launder your clothing. Oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, and even laundry pods were there! You are within a 5 minute walk to get groceries and 10min to the Promenade. You are also right next to the tunnel out of town, so it was really easy to get out and around.

The view and location were excellent! Every morning, looking out the window balcony was amazing. I liked that the place had its own kitchen and washing machine. More importantly it was spotless! The host was very attentive and friendly and even kept us posted on road delays on the day that we were checking out. I love how relaxing the space was and if given a chance, I’d definitely stay there again. Highly, highly recommended.

The location was the best! So near the water front, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Once we figured out parking, that worked well. It was nice to have an apartment to spread out in and to be able to make breakfast and lunch. We did not do any real "cooking" so can't speak to how well the kitchen would work for that. The value was exceptional for what it offered and the very special location.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (I.e., towels, beach towels, extra blankets, kitchen items). The location was great; less than 5 min walk to row of restaurants, and less than 10 to the beach. It is also located close to a small grocery store and pharmacy. The staff who greeted us was lovely and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything.

Excellent location, wonderful host. The view from the balcony is lovely with lots of sunshine throughout the day! A quiet place to stay in the heart of town. I would definitely stay here again.
