Reception and the hotel workers were helpful and all-around wonderful. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The location was great. Clean and comfortable room. No complaints.

We were greeted by these nice receptionists. They are very good English speakers. The unit is sparkling clean. When we arrived, there were free water, coffee, and tea. The heater is working, perfect for the cold weather. We haven’t used the airconditioner but it’s also available in the unit, in case the cold outside isn’t enough 😂 did not expect the breakfast to be a buffet type. It was very filling plus the view of the train passing by. The location is very near Sun Plaza and was walkable to every other tourist spots. Overall, our stay was 10/10 ⭐️

Great value for money! We got 2 separate rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable enough for our family. The bathroom was also a good size, and having a heater was a huge plus, especially during the colder days. The owners live on the ground floor, so they were always available whenever we needed assistance or had questions. They were very accommodating and even helped us book our Fansipan tickets. The location is within walking distance of Sapa Center, with several restaurants and a mini mart nearby. Overall, we had a comfortable and hassle-free stay at a great price.

The service was amazing. Such a caring person , went out of his way to buy us a softer mattress, was always trying to make us comfortable! very flexible .Kitchen facility was excellent . Room was very nice and clean

the location and staff are very helpful

The owner was very helpful during our stay and was happy to adjust our booking when I made an error. The food was good and the accommodations were comfy. The property is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The owner helped us book tours and transport to where ever we wanted to go and had excellent recommendations for activities.we had a fabulous time!

They were extremely accommodating

Good location. I will stay here again. Although it’s in front of the road. It is still quiet to have a proper sleep. The restaurant below has the best staff and very accommodating and even the hotel staff. They change the towels everyday which is really nice.

Location is excellent, budget friendly

Really cozy private room. Warm, good blankets. Great view, out in the town. Really warm and welcoming folks running the place, super yummy family meal.
