The facility’s, the kitchen and dinning rooms made our family trip so much more enjoyable, we where all able to gather together. Location of park was great, close to everything. Indoor pool was amazing. Just wish it opened a little later.

Great location and its only a three minute walk to the middle of town.

It was convenient for a young family with lake pertrobe being so close by and the beach too, everything was within a walking distance even into town for dinner. We had a great time being out and about, when we were back at cabins it was to rest before going out again. Our cabin had a very friendly family of magpies that visited us each morning, our kids enjoyed feeding them blueberries and interacting with them. Staff were lovely and made check in/out very easy with the pre check in online only needing to pop in to grab map and key when arriving.

Perfectly lovely stop gap on our trip along the Great Ocean Road. We didn't meet any staff as keys were left for us to pick up. But facilities were exactly as pictured.

Best stay of our trip! The house is exceptionally spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and beyond!). It’s the most well-provided-for home we encountered on our road trip. The host is lovely and the place made us feel right at home. 10/10!

Quiet apartments, ground and one floor above, which gets abit of a view of the park . Quiet, bright , clean with a modern ikea vibe.

Location was amazing, close to all the things the family wanted to explore! There was plenty of space for everyone to chill out and enjoy the atmosphere that Warrnambool has to offer. Beautiful property in a lovely place.

The facilities have been provided more than expected. Location is great -- not far from city center and attractions. Kids love the electronic blanket that comfort them very well. Overall, we are so happy to stay at this property

The house is located in a quiet, family-friendly location not too far from the beach. The house is built with modern architecture, has tonnes of space and has enough furniture to accommodate two families at the same time. The kitchen is very well equipped. The backyard is quite big and nice, with outdoor furniture. The home is equipped with Google Smart Home which is very convenient for those who like to use it. The home had board games to keep kids engaged, had two Smart TVs with internet connection, and a front-loading washing machine and a dryer. Ample parking on the street for SUVs and cars, as this home is almost towards the end of the close.

Everything, luxury and comfort

Austral Place 88 exceeded all our expectations. The place was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and truly felt just like our own home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay relaxing and stress-free. It offers outstanding value for money, especially considering the quality and level of comfort provided. The hosts, Ron and Debbie, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and shared helpful information that made our stay even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Austral Place 88 to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We would happily return.

Beautiful location across from bushland. Loved watching & hearing the yellow tail cockatoos frolic in opposite. Little treats nice touch
