Very good instructions and assistance during the whole stay. Perfect apartment that has all the kitchen appliances you can need. Extra towels and certain toiletries that will get you started during a long stay, like what a hotel would provide. We did not expect this. How this apartment is advertised is how you will find it. We highly recommend it.

Lovely top floor apartment. Apartments very clean with good facilities. Good location quiet but within walking distance to all amenities and the beach. Luisa was the perfect host and very helpful.

Great location, and the apartment has everything you might need during your vacation. Close to both stores and the beach. The pool is quiet and very clean and never too busy.

Great location, within walking distance to the beach. Free on-street parking by the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies for cooking and having a washing machine was a plus. Raul was very responsive and helpful with anything you need.

The house was really lovely - as others have said, the pictures do not do it justice - in particular the pool is bigger than it appears. The A/C worked well. The space was very comfortable, with plenty of outside space and balconies for people to relax. The property is exceptionally well located. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The beach is also in easy walking distance. The host, Raul, was excellent. Easy to deal with and responsive. Be aware that there are no consumables within the property - this isn't a house where anything is left from previous guests so you need to buy all oil, salt, soap, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. This house easily exceeded our expectations and I would book again without hesitation.

It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. And the bed was amazing. It was also close to the beach, and a short walk on the boardwalk was pleasant.  The bottle of water and coffee with available to us and that was greatly appreciated.

We stayed for 4 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is in a very good location close to restaurants and bars and a very short walk to the beachfront, from where you can walk to the marina in 15 to 20 minutes and to Altea in around half an hour. There are buses to Benidorm and Altea stopping very close to the apartment. The apartment is well equipped. There is a small outdoor area, which in February was in sunshine in the morning till early afternoon, will no doubt be in full sun for most of the day during the summer months. The sun room was the perfect place to relax on cooler days and still see the mountain and pool view. The TV had a large number of UK and other country channels and wifi was good. There is a supermarket within a short walking distance and a larger Consum supermarket further away on the main street, which for us was within walking distance.

This place is beyond amazing, fantastic views from the living room with balcony, and the private roof terrace with even better views, all amenities, space, private parking place, two bathrooms, comfy beds. It's super close to the beach and everything you need is round the corner, there's a great walk to the lighthouse you should definitely do, you can walk to Altea along the promenade, you don't even need a car. There's a lift to the flat, so no issue with stairs. The host was very friendly. I recommend the place wholeheartedly.

the owner met us late at night and told us all about the flat lovely person , it had everything you needed home from home with 2 bathrooms which was great , great location 2 minutes from the beach 30 seconds from the high street so perfect in every way really enjoyed our stay would recommend to anyone a great host .

The pool was great, the surrounding area very close, with lots to do, and beach five minutes from apartment. The kitchen, fridge etc was all fine and washing machine a bonus. It was hard to dry clothes however as the balcony is shaded all day. The apartment was very clean. The electrics could do with upgrading, some sockets were very loose. But for value for money, it won't be beaten. Perfect size for a couple.
