Right in the heart of Annecy!! Great room and comfortable bed.

The Room was equipped with all the Modern Amenities and was a luxurious Studio Apartment. It has a small kitchen with a Dishwasher and all the required Cutlery which was very helpful in making our own Dinner. The location is very good as it is just 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. They also have good complementary coffee anytime you want.

Simply amazing, even though we were early our room was ready and they let us check in. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed there during Christmas time and the Christmas Market was a 5 minute walk away. Will book again for sure

Incredible location. Air conditioning was a greatly appreciated feature. Surprisingly quiet thanks to the interior courtyard window. Farmers market every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday was a delightful bonus.

The location was great, the apartment was really comfortable and it was perfect for a short stay. Easy process with the keys and entering.

Perfect location, clean & comfy.

The apartment is well equipped with an amazing shower. The apartment has been updated and has everything you need. A bonus is breakfast is delivered to your door every morning with delicious breads and jam. Orange juice and fruit. The bed is comfortable, and although it is not air-conditioned, there is a fan that cools the place nicely. We enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect for exploring the old town.

Very cozy apartment, clean, all facilities according to the description. It is not hot in the summer and I slept very well. The room window was in the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet and there was no noise from the street. Ready to book it again.

Perfect apartment for our family of 3. Location was ideal to restaurants, Old Town and Annecy lake. Check in was easy and property owner was highly responsive and clear.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment in Annecy! The place was spotless, cute, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly helpful—she met us at the parking, helped us pay, and made key pickup super easy. She also lent us rollerblades and gave great local tips. Always available and responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer!

I stayed 3 nights with 2 friends in Le Bohème. The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the canal with an amazing view from the living room window. The beats were comfortable and the space was great for 3 people. My friend ended up losing her wallet and we lost the key to get in the apartment. We contacted the property owner who was able to get us a new key very quickly. She was fantastic and told us where to go to report the loss. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We hope to come back.
