Lovely caravan, well equipped. Fantastic location, lots of on site facilities. Beach, views, wildlife.

I stayed for four nights in April and it was the perfect location for exploring the East coast. The breakfast was very good. The room suited my needs perfectly and Gillian and Mark were both friendly and helpful

Lovely and clean caravan, not too far to walk to the complex and only a short distance to the lake, Jan the owner was lovely and welcoming and very helpful and accommodating at all times.

Very large and spacious. Under floor heating got warm very quickly. Parking. Good location to explore area. Peace and quiet

Location close to North Landing is good. Nearby pub, The North Star, very good. The walk from North Landing to the Lighthouse was enjoyable. Nearby Sewerby Hall is an excellent day out and excellent value for money. The cottage was bright and light. The owner was very nice, she was apologetic when we explained our issues.

Robin was very cosy, suitable for all the family and dog friendly. We loved the under floor heating, perfect for those chilly January nights.

The cottage is really lovely and spacious... Grandkids loved the bus bunk beds! ...main bedroom was huge and attack bedroom was also large and comfortable. Loved the shower with power spray buttons! ...location is fab! North landing beach around 10/14 mins walk ... We loved it! ... Humanby gap is a must visit ,as is Filey .. beautiful beach .

The lodge was lovely and clean

Everything was perfect it was a nights stay for my wife's birthday and it exceeded all expectations the scone and coffee on arrival was a perfect touch and all the staff were very friendly it was an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location with garden facing the sea, house was very clean and spacious and well appointed in and out, with a lovely welcome box of essentials. Good local pub just down the road. We didn't want to leave!

In an ideal location for walking or getting out by car. Very comfortable, spacious flat.

The location ended up being perfect for all of our adventures, and the inside was soooo pretty. Breakfast was so tasty and everything was perfect! Our host was wonderful and we wish her all the best!

We received a friendly welcome, our room was pleasant and very clean with everything in it needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge with fresh milk and bottled water replenished daily. The bed was comfy and the room was nicely decorated. A really tasty breakfast was served too. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the seafront. We had a great 2 nights away (wish it had been longer) and would definitely return.
