I can’t say enough how amazing this place was. I usually stay at high end hotels because I’m nervous about the accommodations. Akrogialia Beach Rooms is better then many 5 star hotels in terms of location, cleanliness, service and property maintenance. This place is family owned and family run and you see it everyday. Dad takes care of the beach. Mom bakes for her guests and greets them everyday. Eleni was more than hospitable. She made you feel like you were part of her family. Her attention to detail and guest satisfaction was superb. She made sure that you were treated better than royalty. I left knowing that I made a new good friend for life. The rooms were super clean everyday and in pristine condition. They gave us an abundance of free water which was an amazing touch. They refreshed the toiletries and towels and bedding daily. The accommodation is right on the beach with calm waters and clean sand. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge. There are next door taverns and beach bars so you don’t need to go far. The main square is a 15 minute walk and provides excellent seafood restaurants and taverns with views of the water. The hosts parents lived in the flat below. They were lovely and very helpful. They went above and beyond what anyone could expect. Watching them tend the garden opposit was a daily joy.

The room was beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. There was a large, lovely courtyard at the back, which was a great place to relax. The location was right in the center of the village, and everything was within walking distance.

The apartment was very cozy and very clean. We enjoyed the stay.The host was very kind ,happy and generous woman.

We stayed for two weeks in the summer, and it was absolutely perfect. The highlight? The incredible infinity pool with gorgeous views and the beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of shaded, comfy spots to relax. We used the amazing outdoor kitchen nearly every evening. The unique windmill is ideal for two people and equipped with all the modern comforts: fast and reliable Wi-Fi (even outside!), smart TVs, and other techy gadgets we didn't know how to use. It’s like a smart windmill! 😆 Although the interior is lovely, we spent most of our time outside — around the pool, garden, and outdoor dining area. The hosts were wonderful — always responsive and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Zaphiria, who is so sweet and thoughtful. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of lovely touches, like a welcome cake and a bottle of wine. They even let us stay the full day past checkout as our flight wasn’t until the evening — such a kind gesture that we really appreciated. We can’t recommend this charming little windmill enough. It has everything you need for a relaxing, memorable holiday — and hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.

It was a quite spot - with a nice sea view from the balcony. You could have a swim anytime - as a tiny beach lied in front of the gate (100 m or less from the house). Plus - due to it's location - this accomodation offered the possibility to reach a lot of nice beaches within 1 - 1.5 hrs of driving. Same for Chalkida: You could also drive to Athens. In less than 2hrs :)

Lovely studio suite with seating on both the front and the back patio. Great neighborhood: two block walk to the beach in two different directions. Nice care package of snacks on arrival, also shampoos and lotions. Hosts very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay there again.

You couldn't found more friendly host and better view from the balcony. I you wish to take a breath from Athens madness this place much all you need. Comfortable bed, best possible view worm host. I'll be back asap.
