close to center but its a small village. count around 5-10min walk to center. People where quite nice, but we had to wait quite a bit to get the keys and there was a mistake witht he apartments, but was easily solved. It has AC and it was clean

The apartment was beautiful! So comfortable and well equipped - lots of thoughtful extras (bowl, washing powder, clothes rack and pegs). It was well furnished with a sofa, table and chairs and a balcony with a sun shade. The kitchen had everything you needed including oil, vinegar, filter coffee. Mosquito machine! Immaculately clean. Lovely bathroom with a super strong shower - everything looked new. We had a garden view which we loved as it looked towards the mountain and was very quiet. Comfy beds. Anna is lovely and ordered us a taxi for the airport. We'll be back!

Beautiful location - quiet, lovely sea view yet easy access to the tavernas and shops. Newly upgraded rooms, smart bathroom. Lovely friendly owners, very helpful.

Perfect place to spend the night before the ferry to Kalymnos in the morning. Nice host, very clean room, comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay there again.

We don't have enough words to describe how incredible was everything! That place is amazing, the host is exceptional. Very nice family who made us feel welcomed! The property was amazing, very clean, the beds very comfy and we had all the facilities. They also helped us with the transport from/to the airport. Incredible! The village it is the most beautiful from this island, the beach is Heaven on Earth. We cannot wait to come back! We recomand this property and location to anyone! Thank you again for everything! We will get back for sure.

Everything was perfeeeect. The host picked me up from the airport cause I arrived at midnight and is a hell to find a taxi and he also drove me back to the airport FOR FREE!!!. The location is great, 10 minutes by car from the airport, 5 minutes by walk from the supermarket and the beach. The rooms are spacious, you have everything you need. Clean, quiet, perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay here and would recommend it to everybody! Fantastic value for price, clean and the location was excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach, and Mastichari is a great little town and a wonderful starting point to explore Kos. Plus the staff are amazing! Vivi was the best! Very friendly and so accommodating with our requests. If we return to Kos in the future we know where we’ll be staying.

The room was absolutely perfect, Spotless and like new. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The property was really clean and modern. I liked the balconies and the proximity to the sea. The host Gianni was really nice and helpful.

Lovely outdoor area with pool and everything that you would want. Beach, shops and numerous restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away. Family owned and managed who were very much most friendly and helpful.

Location, size, cleanliness, washing machine, and location. Better than expected.

Location is very family oriented, lots of parking space also, the beach is down the street, the owner was very friendly, I am in Kos every summer and I would definitely stay there again.
