Beach rentals in Sutivan

The room is gorgeous, in a great location, newly renovated and clean. I cannot recommend enough!

10/10 stay in Sutivan with wonderful host Miranda, she welcomed us nicely and was there for anything we needed🥰 Gorgeous newly renovated apartment with a sea view, plenty of parking space and just 5 min walk to the beach. Can’t wait to be back.

The location was very near to the ocean and the view was excellent. You could easily sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The host was generous to offer us wine and very friendly.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment, just a few minutes walk from the center of Sutivan. A grocery store is also very close by. The accommodation offers plenty of private parking spaces. Many thanks to the friendly owner for the warm welcome, we'll be happy to return.

Location was amazing!!! A quick walk to the Harbour for dinner and drinks. The terrace outside our unit was perfect for evening drinks and cards. Would definitely book here again

Wonderful place! We had a family room with 2 bedrooms with its own amazing terrace, where we‘ve had unforgettable evenings. The views from the leaving room and terrace are beyond expectations. The perfect place for 2 families with 5-6 y.o. kids. The owner was very very nice, she even drove our friends to the ferry. Everything you might need for a stay was in the apartment.

Great Villa, 3 large master bedrooms all ensuite, nice open lounge/kitchen area. The place is set up for 6 people in comfort. Garage and Off street parking. The hostess, Katarina met us on arrival and was helpful. The villa is in a good location near the sea, the port and the shops and has a good sea view.

The location was perfect - close to the village and right across the sea, with an amazing pool and patios that were wonderful. Julie, the host, was simply wonderful and easy to work with. She made us all feel right at home and even brought us some delicious homemade treats. So good! The villa is spotless, comfortable and had several thoughtful touches. The rain shower features in the bathrooms were great! The bedding, towels, etc were all very good. Having ability to use the clothes washer with a drying rack was a lifesaver also. We enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Great communication from the start, bottle of water and juice in the fridge, cold and waiting...clean and neat. Then you notice the other "small stuff"...mosquito repellent, hair dryer, microwave oven...the big plus being washing machine and a tumble dryer completely dislocated from the appartment, and yet right next to it. Free to use and no noise inside the appartment. Bed and the couch very comfortable, nice to sleep in. Even more, the appartment always seems to be colder than the outside, even without using the AC! We didn't turn it on once! The forks, knives, and spoons are in the subdrawer.. ;) it is written, but... ;) Location perfect, has it's own parking spot...and very important, quiet neighbourhood! As quiet as the owner...there if you need them, but not enough to bother. :) We were more than happy there and will come back! :)

Besides the beautiful view and spacious apartment, this stay was amazing because of the amazing Suzana, Meri, Nikola and Tino. Their hospitality and engament with the guest is the root reason why anyone should visit Brač and stay at this apartment for the real feel of Dalmatian hospitality and warmness.

Wonderful host! Took care of us just as we would have been family. The apartment was very clean. Had a sweet local style. Everything was in walking distance, the beach, restaurants, market. Beautiful seaside. Small village with some nightlife, but was quiet by midnight even on weekends. Highly recommend with small child who can swim!
