Perfectly placed, very clean, good A/C, included parking, good value for money in the area

The property had everything! It was close to the ferry and supermarket and restaurants and it was quiet and only TV he sound of cows and their bells! Th view was amazing!

The property has everything one can expect, very clean with all facilities. The area is amazing and very lively at night. The staff is amazing and available all the time.

Accomodation is located in a calm neighborhood. Provided room had a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake Como. Room was very spacious and impeccably clean! Owner has made us feel like home, she gave us great recommendations on what ro visit (actually composed a full day itinerary for us), where to eat and how to get around! Definitely will book it for my next trip to Como.

The location is great. In town with easy walking to the lake and many restaurants. The air conditioning works great.

The views were incredible and the large space made it comfortable with a group of 4. The kitchen was great for cooking and had all the equipment needed.

The pool is perfect. The fenced yard is perfect for our two small dogs to enjoy. The location is great for going to the lake and walking to the downtown area. Get pizza from the restaurant on ge lake.

Everything was great and Roberta was more than friendly and helpful with us. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. And everything was near to us, it was a really pleasant stay

It was exceptionally clean and the game room downstairs was fantastic for the kiddos, they loved it. The location was spot on. The host was very friendly. The secure parking was a huge plus. It in a quiet area. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Claudia was the best Host ever, she send us all the information we needed + some Restaurants/Activitys and stuff we could do in Colico. The area is really really quiet, in the night u could sleep really well. We had everything we needed in the House. We will definitely be coming back again in the near Future.

Great location overlooking Piona Bay. The house was clean with excellent facilities and plenty of room for our group (7 adults and a toddler). Lots of great restaurants within 10 minutes, mostly full of locals (not at all touristy). The owner and manager were very helpful.

Beautiful views, nice amenities. The kitchen is well appointed with the basics to get started. Our adult children took in a couple days of skiing while we did some sightseeing in the area including a day drive to Switzerland. Scenery in the area is beautiful and the surrounding towns quite quaint. We ate at some fabulous restaurants. Overall, a great experience at Villa Tevano.

It's an old house but very well maintained.Hosts were extremely friendly and even dropped us to the train station in the morning.I can definitely recommend this

the location is in a no-car-area with direct access to ferry, restaurants, bars and the lake itself. apartment is nice with all facilities needed. host gives clear instructions about check-in and check-out.
