The apartment is located on the first floor of a large house. It has two bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed). A cot for children is also available. The apartment has a large living-room with a tv, comfy sofa. There's the kitchen equipped with coffee machine, kettle, microwave, a small oven and a fridge with freezer. The bathroom has shower, wc, bidet, hairdryer and a washing machine.

Patty's House is located in a nice, safe and calm area, just 5/10 minutes away on foot from the centre of Colico. Close to supermarkets, shops and bars Patty's House is the ideal place for families, groups of friends or couples. Forte Montecchio, a First World War fortified construction which is one of the main turist attractions in Colico is just 1.2 km away. Last but not least the nearest beach is reachable within a 10 min walk.
