Beach rentals in Charneca

Very relaxing holiday. We spent most of the time by the pool during the day. All very calm and tranquil. Close to a number of restaurants on the main street. Olga and Vivianna were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was the same every morning but plentiful and coffee was in good supply.

Everything was perfect very comfortable. Casa borges treated us like family. I would highly recommend this place.

There wasn't much to like here, honestly.

Clean, quiet and comfortable while still located right in the center of town. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool.

The apartment was wonderful. Bright, comfortable and spacious. Being right outside of the busy area of Foz it's pretty quiet, and having everything within a 10 minute walk was wonderful. The view from each of the rooms was beautiful and Ramón was very quick to respond to any questions I had and being a 5 minute walk away, he was able to get to the property quickly to deliver the keys. There is a dual washer/dryer which was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had ample hot water and great water pressure. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this property and would definitely stay again. There are thermostats, but they don't work, so heating and air conditioning wasn't used, so I can't speak to those amenities. There is access to your own parking space inside a secured garage that connects to the building. Our vehicle was too tall and long, but there was always street parking just outside the building on the seafront.

Mostly well organized, super place and quality full service just feel like home

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Costa da Caparica. The accommodations were excellent, and the location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do while still being relaxing and comfortable. The owner was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and efficient, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The house has great location 3 mins from the beach. The facility is clean but have it needs updating… but for what we need it, it did the job fantastic. When we go back to Portugal for sure we’ll stay here again. I can only recommend it.
